Description

Moderator note: No overnight camping allowed, please respect the wishes of the locals.

--------------------------------

Parked here for the night, no issues - it’s free street parking with no “no overnight” Another bus has been here a week I met - and had no issues. Just park where it’s green on either side of the road - right on the street - cold showers/water available. Bathrooms up the road at parks. If you park in front of the houses - you may get a complaint.

Latest Check-Ins

No “no overnight parking” signs, parked two nights at entrance #28. Didn’t know it was a dog beach until I pulled up. Took a cold shower next to the van. Lizards were fighting in the trash all night and good luck trying to sleep past sunrise. Very busy area, day and night. I’d you’re going south then enjoy this beach while you’re there. It’s hi-rise hotels all the way down A-1A.

Report Check-In

There was a large lit sign stating NO overnight RV parking, and violators will be prosecuted.

Report Check-In

Stayed at this location for 3 nights, Friday to Monday, without incident. The 4th night we woke up to a warning on our windshield from the township (pic attached). We may have overstayed (1-2 nights might go unnoticed), but stay at your own risk.

Report Check-In

A cop knocked on my van at midnight. He said Jupiter is cracking down on people sleeping on this road overnight. Great for day parking, but I’d find somewhere else to sleep.

Report Check-In

We parked here for 3 nights. Probably one of our favorite spots right on the beach! Some people have mentioned getting a knock during the time we were there but we had no issues.

Report Check-In

Got the knock at 11pm, maybe because there were too many of us (3 vans and an rv in the same block). Cops said they got a complaint, but let us all stay the night. Wonderful spot, sad that it might be burned. We saw lots of vans while we were there so curious if everyone got the visit.

Report Check-In

Stayed one night, no issues. Stayed half a mile south of the pin. There were other vans around. Definitely a good bit of traffic but was great being right on the water. Great beach where our pup could run around off leash

LOVE THIS SPOT!! As others have said, lots of activity during the day. Police drove by a few times but did not bother. There were quite a few vans/RV’s when I arrived in the early morning!

the place is absolutely beautiful, there were no signs saying no overnight parking, i would just be as incognito as possible when you roll up bc this spot is a treasure. you get to listen to the ocean waves at night and wake up to a beautiful view! it is a bit noisy bc you’re right off a road and major walking/biking way so if you’re a light sleeper pack ear plugs! 100% worth the noisy

Report Check-In

this is parking right along state highway A1A, which basically sits right on the beach. this specific spot is the off leash dog beach and omg so many beautiful pups! i parked here for 3 nights and 4 days in december. there is a lot of foot traffic, early morning joggers/walkers and beach goers at all hours. so, its not the most quiet place during the day. however, no one bothered me. in fact, this area seems to be populated by laid back beachy rich folk who were amused by my setup more than anything else - i got a lot of curious, but friendly remarks anytime someone got a peak inside my van. noticed a bunch of other vans and rvs also parked along this highway. seemed very safe and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. fell asleep to the sound of the ocean waves every night. id come back here for sure.

Report Check-In

Stayed for one night, but seemed like completely fine for longer. Just be awesome and keep this great spot going. Appears to be about 2 miles of free street parking along the dog beach. Very quiet at night. Other campers were there. Beautiful clean beach, fishing pier down the way, and awesome meal at Toojay’s up the road.

Report Check-In

Free parking along Highway A1A. 2.5 miles of dog beach. Water and cold showers at beach entrances. Friendly locals. Stayed for 1 week and wasn’t bothered.

Report Check-In

Safe parking, right by the beach, showers and dog friendly. Everything a tired
travller may need.

Report Check-In

Great spot right on the beach. Stayed just south of the marked location in the protected lane of paralell parking spots. No trouble with any law enforcement, no posted "no overnight parking" signs. Woke and looked around at 4:30am and there was another car parked a few spaces behind. Did get rather busy as lots of joggers, walkers, and early rising beach-goers started passing shortly after the sun was up. Great if you're traveling with a dog as the beach there is dog-friendly (even has a doggie shower and poop bags provided).

Report Check-In

11pm. Police told me that overnight parking is not authorized on this street and in all the Jupiter area. Some friends stayed here for 2 weeks with no problem 1 month ago but not the same chance for me -_- So stay at your own risk.

Report Check-In

Very dark road at night, no lights. But very busy road until about 11-11:30pm on week night. Even in the pitch black, expect people walking, jogging and bicycling until about that time on both sides of your vehicle (bike lane on one side, sidewalk on the other). They are literally right beside your vehicle when they pass, as one person accidentally walked into my front corner.

At two different times a police truck and a jeep slowly passed with their spotlight checking the sidewalk, vehicles and vegetation all along road.

I would say about 1am (or so), a cruiser stopped beside my vehicle, turned on his red and blue lights, got out and looked throughout my vehicle with flashlight. I was in back with my dog, but had black sheets up so no one can see in back windows. He must have realized I was sleeping in there (or at least trying to) after seeing sheets up, so I was expecting a knock but instead he left. I think because I'm in an SUV, and the other poster, by looking at the submitted photo, was in something that clearly shows someone would be sleeping in it, that they didn't get looked in upon. I'm sure the cop was just making sure nothing illegal was going on, since only 1 or 2 other vehicles were on street and none were close to me.

Woke up at 5:30am to someone riding their bike in dark. By 7:30am, every couple seconds there was a jogger, someone riding their bike, or someone walking. Not to mention cars going by. Very active area.

I parked near the end where coordinates show for this spot which is near beach entrance 43. Entrance 43 has doggie bags and garbage at road and at beach, where as, just down the road towards condos, entrance 44 only had garbage bin.

Great spot for having dog on beach. They have drinking fountain and rinse off showers at entrances too.

Very nice place to stay on the beach. At 5:30am/ 6am the cars that pass through, made a lot of noise. But, very safety and quite at night.
