Mexico
Property with gate, restaurant, cabins for rent which offers camping. Paid 50 pesos per person per night with an RV. Toilets are clean and it is safe. You have an amazing view on the volcano and the church from the terrace in front of the good restaurant. The food is tasty and the prices are fair. It is very quiet at night. We highly recommend it.

Price has doubled to 100 pesos pp. for a truck with camper.
Beautiful place.
There are two entries for the same location with two different names.
This is NOT an informal campsite.
Safe and quite place for a night. There are restrooms, ply ground for children, cabanas and a nice restaurant with a view to the vulcan and the ruins. From here you can take a ride on horse back down the ruin of the church or you can walk around 30 minutes down. The road is steap but ok. We paid 70 pesos per Person per night. To find the place you can follow little signs troug the village or riders maybe will guide you.
Report Check-InWe stayed the night here, $50 person. It is a wonderful view from the restaurant deck. Food was good. I would recommend spending the night down at the ruin rather than here but it was safe and relatively quite. The Puebla of Angahuan is very Indian and Spanish is their second language.
