We did comesa insurance for 7 countries for 6 months (kenya, uganda, rwanda, tanzania, zambia, zimbabwe, malawi) and we payed 3900 birr. Important: you need to have 3rd party insurance also buyed in Abay Insurance. Other options:

5200 birr for one year.
