One of the official Blue Ridge Parkway National Park campgrounds. Nice campgrounds for RVs and tents with a lot of privacy, clean restrooms, hot showers, potable water. No electricity. 16 USD/vehicle.

Closed till 5/26/2023 - drove up here hoping to grab a site for the weekend but they are not open for the season yet.
Report Check-InNational Forest Service Campground. Very nice! bathrooms and showers on site. We stayed in D4 and we loved it. D4 is a FF which is what we wanted so we could add days if we wanted to (which we did) and then head out when ready. Park personal were AWESOME AND FRIENDLY
Report Check-InAwesome!!!!! We pulled up at 9pm. Lots of sites open and available. Lots of van campers. $20 a night and you can’t beat that. Reception spotty at best but totally worth it
Report Check-InAs described… the GPS coordinates are a little off so checking in to see if it will correct them…
Report Check-In$20. Number of sites reserved for first come first served, and reservations can be made for two night stays only. Had plenty of sites to choose from, and some have the picnic area completely obscured by trees and the parking space so nice and secluded, others the picnic table and fire ring are basically next to the loop road. Ladies shower not good but mens apparently quite nice.
Report Check-In$20/night. Loop A for RVs with some pull through spots. Loop B is van/tent/trailers/truck campers, loop C & D are for tents only and are generator free. Showers are in loop B and C only. Was told today that this is only one of two campgrounds on the Blue Ridge Pkwy with showers.
Report Check-InNow 20 dollars.
Location was not correct. Updated it.
High elevation, so can be foggy or rainy or both.
Wifi is offered at the entrance station, but I could not connect.
Each camp site has a fire ring, there are several water points throughout the loops, bath house has electricity where we charged our phones. Overall enjoyed this place.
Report Check-InGood campground. 16 dollar a night. No hookups, no internet, no cell phone.
