Description

***UPDATE! ***
This new business seems to have WORKED out its kinks! The owner was accommodating and HAPPY to have us. It was clean, relaxing, and the perfect spot to have your doors OPEN -As this camp has the biggest LOT on the beach. GOOD experience! We are glad we picked this one. Hope you enjoy your time here!! :-)

we walk all this ways, cannot recommended for big rigs, many working activities around, also for the street, houses, road is small, no space to turn, only chuparosa in the beginning for big rigs

Report Check-In

not for big rigs, lots of contruction, big rigs best choice is chuparosa RV in this area and worhh a visit

This please is a dangerous place. Do not stay overnight

Report Check-In

Beautiful spot to stay 1-2 nights We parked directly in front of the ocean and listened to the sound of the waves. The pictures are quite confusing. There is definitely no pool and no sinks. They have very basic toilets (bring your own toilet paper) and bucket showers.
We paid 300 pesos per night and thought it was quite pricy compared to other places that offer more amenities but I guess you pay for the view.

Wifi is working pretty good 👍

Be careful that you don't get stuck on the way here.

New Price: 300 per car.
Unfortunately no shade, so we did not stay.

We stayed 5 night in this perfect place. 250 pesos per night but it’s worth staying here rather that others places in San agustin. This place is situated at the end of the beach where there is almost nobody. You have rustic shower and toilet , but you can put your RV in front of the beach . Wifi is good as well. The owners are very kind. They have an other place isolated on the next sand beach where you can Park. We did not try this last as it was not directly on the beach. Very recomended

Absolutely loved this place! The beach is amazing and you can even swim to a complete secluded beach just around the corner. You don’t notice anything of the business of the beach further west.
Stayed 3nights and paid 250 per night in total for two people one car.

Owner is really nice and place seems to be in transition. Toilets and showers are ok. Road to get here is unpaved, but totally manageable

This site offers private beachside camping for the moment. There is a larger hotel under construction immediately adjacent so it will be less secluded in the future. Moises was helpful getting us set up. Right now, the showers do not function. A bucket and pale is offered instead. Functioning toilets without seats are on site. The palapa needs repairs and does not offer any shade. No hookups or other facilities.

Wasn't so sure about this place.... Finally I personally think it's the best! It's a little away from all the boat and restaurant sh*t show, the owner are very friendly and it's likely that there won't be anyone so you can park almost directly on the beach!

Report Check-In

Very Nice place near the Beach with clean toilets and shower. 2-3 places for parking with some shadow. 200 pesos a night

Report Check-In

We stayed here 2 nights, but we could have stayed a lot more! This is a beautiful spot! Place for 1 or 2 véhicules only with sea view! Hamacas, WC, cold shower for 200pesos per day! Suzanna the owner is very kind. Only problem, they are building a private house just next to the spot, so might not be so nice anymore in some months. No problems to get here with 2wd, level spot, no telsel signal (but good wifi)

worth staying here, nothing negative about this place, best one i have been in Mexico.
The sea is turquoise, no seaweed and warm.

We stayed here one night and it was a GOOD experience. The owner was happy to have us. It was the most QUIET of all the places along the beach. Nice to have space and allow the dogs to run free. I would recommend this spot!

Apparently water is expensive around here so that may be the reason they were SHIFTY about the showers and toilets in the past. They also asked us to pay if we used the facilities... it was 150 MX a night.

We talked them down from 200. I imagine when it’s busy that may not be possible.

Hope you enjoy your stay here as we DID. It always takes a while to work out the kinks as a new business.

Despite the last description, I had an amazing experience for 5 days.
Vw bus 1 person, 100 pesos/nt.
5 pesos for Toilet, (clean but no seat,)10 pesos for shower. Water is very expensive for the people here, so try to conserve. Manager parked me (handsignals and all !) parallel to the Beach! There was but a handful of people on the beach! An Amazing view. Restaurants are expensive here.
Swimming is a little challenging but great. For Kids, Swimming up the beach toward town is completely safe. Perhaps when the other folks visited, the management had had a few beers?? Great Alternative if Don Taco is full.

This place is just being built. It is at the end of the road/beach. WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE MANAGER!

We stayed for 2 nights, he said 150/night including showers and toilets. We agreed to pay 250 for two nights.

The next day we use the shower and the girl sitting next to it wants 15 pesos for using it. We said that we agreed with the manager to use everything without paying extra so I ask him again. He then says we have to pay extra for the showers and toilets each time we use it! I tell him we agreed differently but he didn't care anymore. The day before when we arrived we could use everything without paying extra and it was fine - but the next day is different suddenly! VERY UNFAIR!

Place itself is very nice because not so crowded at the moment but I recommend to go somewhere else, maybe Don Taco.
