Near beach | Wild Camping

good place if you are looking for a party-night out in town but not if you want to get some sleep. lots of restaurants and bars around, lots of loud music, lots of people all night long, as one of the few public beach accesses is right in front. on top there was a disgusting sewer smell on the whole beach front. not sure if it's a general problem here, but it was really not pleasant. you have to pay between 10am-10pm, afterwards it's free.

We slept here 5 nights. Very quiet and safe. It’s an excellent option to stay in Playa del Carmen, but you have to pay parking between 10-22hs.

Dormimos acá 5 noches. Muy seguro y tranquilo, además corre la brisa del mar. Es una muy buena opción en Playa del Carmen, pero tenes que pagar estacionamiento entre las 10 - 22hs.

checked this out in the evening around 8 pm on Sunday. it was too busy. Decided to stay Petrel street. Everything close to Playa now is metered. Hourly rate is 10 pesos/hr from 10 am-10 pm.

we are here at the moment and it is now paid parking from 10 am to 10 pm... they installed parkometers and draw lines on the floor that you're supposed to park into... and the space is small. we decided not to stay to not be rushed to move in the morning.

didn't sleep here, just crossed, the place is in the middle is playa del Carmen, very very crowded, seems a good place for travelers ho sells your art... But just that... ( I think now the have a parking payment there... be advised )

Ótimo local para estar durante o dia e dormir, a rua é bem tranquila, tem sombra e vento, muitos hotéis, restaurantes e lojas. A praia está cheia de algas, o mar estava bem agitado e não aceitam cachorros.

We stayed here one night from Friday to Saturday arriving around 20:00 hrs and found plenty of parking space at the end of the road by the beach. It was easy to tell that it was Friday with many people out partying and quite a bit of noise. That said, the place felt safe and with ear plugs you come a long way. The nearest public toilet is a 7/11 5 minutes walk up the street. We can also recommend going to AH Cacao and use theirs.

In the street, near beach. With Oxxo 24hs open. Safe and quiet. Wifi open free.
