Gorgeous, quiet campground, 6+ miles off the highway- (rough gravel road) with spots right on the lake. Could hear all sorts of wildlife as the sun set. Several RVs there but thankfully nobody was running generators or such. Never saw an attendant for camp fee and no drop box- will have to try and pay online.
Report Check-InNice campsite on the side of lake with 15 individual sites 12$ a night
Report Check-InStayed in early May with no bugs, clean washrooms, and three other groups staying. $12/night, collected in the evening. Loons calling in evening and morning, very tranquil. The road was fine for a car but any earlier in the year and it would have been very muddy and only suitable for a vehicle with decent tyres.
Report Check-InGreat place to stay! The road in was very muddy and rough in places. Would not recommend with a "standard" RV.
Report Check-InBusy spot, was full on a weekday eve with RVs. Managed so share a spot for the night though. not many bugs, toilets are okay, lake is pretty
Report Check-InGreat spot. Seniors rates all summer $12/($6 sr). Well looked after by student who lives across lake.
Report Check-InNice camping, nice lake, not many spots near the water but you can see it from every camping area. Not very secluded either.
Seems like there are fun ATV trails around too!!
Open even in offseason. No gate. Very clean and nice sites. Road good when dry, maybe difficult when wet. Ok, some ugly potholes, no need for a4x4. Nice hike to the end of the lake, dogies loved it❤️
