Overlanders visiting Austin look no further! Paradise for cyclists. Right on Austin's extensive bike trail network, with rentals, sales, and service nearby. Walk to multiple restaurants. Close to many of the city's top attractions.
Report Check-InFriendly staff/owners. Cash only. This is a very good place to visit Austin. Attention: There is a campground with a similar name (Pecan Park Riverside RV Park). It is nearly 50 miles in the South of Austin. Do not confuse it.
Report Check-In80$ a night is definitely too much for this place. Wifi slow. Because the site I got was to short, dump hole was underneath my vehicle.
Report Check-InThis is a fantastic place to stay- close to everything you need including a beautiful walking path by the river and has all the basic amenities. Was $80/night and is still cash or check only. Were lucky they had a spot available last minute for us and they didn't charge extra for our dog but I see that may change soon from another comment on here. Definitely want to return!
Report Check-InWe did not stay here but when we called they informed us they now have a 1 dog limit and they must be under 25 pounds. Not pet friendly anymore from the sounds of it.
Report Check-In$70 for a spot with electric and water. It was noisy as it backs up to a restaurant but once the restaurant closed it was much quieter. There's a bath house with showers and coin laundry. We didn't have a problem getting a spot same day. It's very walkable to downtown. We had a great time walking with our dog downtown.
Report Check-In$80/night for a great community, laundry and showers on site, sewer and electrical hook up ! they also have a nice big dumpster for garbage and recyclables. Would 100% go to again. Carpenter coffee is a great coffee shop in walking distance nearby.
owner Kat is just a doll ! plus I was lucky enough to meet their registration intake cat Badger
the other owner Glenn had said there's 100 restaurants in a 3 mile radius.
cash or cheque only!!
laundry is $1.50 per machine.
conveniently located in downtown Austin Texas. very walkable and good access to bike trails
Report Check-InLarry is great and you couldn’t choose a better location in Austin. All facilities are top knot have.
Report Check-InPERFECT place for exploring Austin. 30-min stroll across the river to the heart of 6th St. Super friendly staff, fantastic sites amongst...you guessed it...pecan trees (yummy, if you can beat the squirrels to them). A real gem.
Probably best to make a reservation (some people live here year round, definite snowbird landing) but we got a spot on a Friday night with only 1 days’ notice.
Many amazing restaurants (like award-winning) within walking distance. Nice shower/laundry facilities, full hookups for all size RV’s. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Report Check-InNote price is 35$/night. Location, location, location. Walking distance to trails and downtown. Showers are hot. Quiet at night.
Report Check-InTenting or rooftop tents not allowed, had to sleep in the car. 35usd for car/van and 45/55usd for RV. Restrooms are pre-WWII, but campground is close to downtown and people were very friendly.
Report Check-InVery nice campground. was booked out when we came, but they let us stay on a parking spot. Lovely people, great Water pressure in the showers which is rare I think.
Report Check-InCampground with full hook up in Austin. Restrooms clean, but very simple. WiFi very slowly and non-reliable. 30 USD/night for two.
