Farm stay in Tulbagh, Cape Winelands with grassy campsite & excellent ablutions. Also cottages for rental in this olive farm
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
R360/2 people per night, as mentioned it’s a bit steep however, it’s extremely peaceful and you have a wonderful view of the mountains. You are surrounded by olive orchards, and grape vines. There is also a dam to swim in. It’s in fairly close proximity to some of the vineyards for wine tasting, so convenient. The ablutions are great with lovely hot showers, western toilets. Juergen and Vineshree mentioned that for groups, they can separate the ablutions to be more COVID-19 friendly. However, we were alone at the campgrounds with our friends, it was great albeit a bit windy (should that bother you, you could also get a cabin of theirs).Report Check-In

Farm stay in Tulbagh, Cape Winelands with grassy campsite & excellent communal ablutions. The sites aren’t individually marked out so flexibility is nice for selecting your spot. Electricity available at various points so you just pitch next to one if you need that. Also cottages for rental in this olive/grape farm. The owners are a delightful couple, so friendly and helpful. There’s a lovely dam to walk to for swimming or sundowners. Tulbagh is 10-15 minutes drive away with lovely restaurants and wine farms to visit.Report Check-In
