Established State or County Campground. Flat campsites with water and toilets. By a river and it is quiet, only 1 small road nearby.

As the map says, this is Choinumni Park, not Kitching Flats. It’s part of a string of county parks running up the river.
Camping in the campground portion is $25 / night, which is overpriced. But the senior rate is $9 and is suppose that was appropriate.
Bathrooms have running water, at least half of the sinks & toilets did. Whole park is tired and worn and trash-strewn, as is the riverbed.
Looks like it gets a lot if use on weekends, but was very quiet on the Thursday night I was there.
