Something not right?

Description

Large complex with full hookups and a bath house away from highway, peaceful. I camped in November and water is off but electric 20 and 50 amp on my box only $30.
$10 for dry camping. Easy. Meet host, give cash and name, get receipt, choose site, Camp. My kind of overnight stop. Follow signs into campground to see the host.

Some sites are double sites some are single sites, depending on what you choose/get.

There is no dump station, but all sites are full hook-up. You will need a very long sewer hose depending of which site you get.

Ok for a quick night. Super windy. Showers started hot but got luke warm after a couple 30 sec presses of the button. Dog park was a plus! Showers/bathrooms were locked after 830. Not sure why, we left early.

For overnight stays, use livestock entrance for Pilot Butte Campground and follow signs to Caretaker's house to pay. All FHU level gravel sites, some 30/50A but most are 50A. No rv size limit. Tents allowed. Sites are $45, $2 discount for Military, Good Sam's or Escapees. Find an empty site & camp. All utilities are in the back and we needed a lot of hose for water and sewer. Bathhouse have individual rooms with toliet, sink & shower. Small number of bathrooms considering the number of sites. Very nice dog park with luxurious green grass! Wifi good.

stayed here for one night when it was snowing and I didn’t want to risk it in the walmart parking lot. back in sites that are more so wide parking spots. electricity and a bathroom facility but I was there so short I never even checked it out. only 2 other rvs in the whole place. you check in with the lovely couple who lives in the little house right by the sites. just walk up and knock on their door, they are very friendly and kind. great spot if you just need somewhere to rest safely for the night

Perfect for an overnight. Quiet and clean with showers and only $10 if you are self contained vehicle. Lots of room and great Wi-Fi.

bathroom/showers were nice and clean. bright parking lots and was very windy at night.

Well maintained and spacious camping. Large gravel parking lot with designated sites marked by fencing and posts. Part of the Sweetwater Event Center, a fairgrounds with several buildings. Central bathhouse that serves the lower camping area. 10 individual bathrooms, each include a tile shower stall. Impeccably clean.

2021 price was $11.00 for dry sites, showers included. A few other larger rigs here that are hooked up to power, water and sewer. Believe the price was in the 30’s.

Good cell coverage and free campground wi fi.

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, it is evident she likes people.

My father and I camped here on our way to the Tetons. This was a great place to clean up and relax. It was $10 for dry camping, which is a very good price with included showers. The bathroom and shower were a combo and private. It's nice to get all your business done in one place.

This is a large gravel lot at an event complex. At first they said no tents until I explained it was a roof top tent. There were very few campers here on this date and it was very quite. The proximity to town is nice.

To check-in, there is a house on the grounds. You give an elderly couple cash and then go pick your spot. If you were to arrive late, I'm sure you could just pay in the morning.

It is $30 a night. The $10 deal is for dry camping.

Check if there us an event scheduled before you come. I got here and it was the National High School 2019 Finals Rodeo 😳. No place available.

Report Check-In

Check in with the caretaker (follow the posted signs). 10$/night to access the water and electricity hook ups. Really nice bathrooms with clean showers. There were only about 10-15 RVs there when we arrived but the grounds are enormous and will fill up during events. We had a safe and quiet night.

Report Check-In

As described. Be aware that if you come during an event at the Fairgrounds, it will be extremely busy. There are 1200 sites here and during major events they are completely full and can spill into overflow parking which has no services. There is no privacy between sites and there are no fire rings. Suitable for rigs of any size.
