Description

It’s a rest area, so set expectations accordingly! Allows 12h parking every 24h. Several people were staying overnight.
Reasonably flat spots to be found, it’s along the highway but we didn’t find it too loud to sleep. Nice grassy area for dogs to run around, and we had good LTE. There’s a truck side which should be ok for big rigs.
Power points in bathroom.

stayed on northbound rest area. clean restrooms. lots of parking spots.

Report Check-In

Got here around 5pm, left at 9am with no issues so time limit doesn’t seem to be monitored too closely. It’s just a normal rest area with bathrooms

Manzanita Rest Area, northbound. Plenty of car parking, close to interstate.

Report Check-In

Nice spot for overnight car camping (travel informational kiosk).

I had one whole side of the lot to myself for a one night stay. The only issue was some kid came rolling through around 3:30a.m. with the subs booming in the trunk. No big deal. No other issues.

Report Check-In

Lots of parking, relatively clean restroom

Report Check-In

Decent rest stop, though a little close to the highway for my liking. If you want to sleep at night, park on the far end with the trucks and trailers.

Stayed here 2 nights no problem. No issues

Nice rest stop! The traffic is a bit loud and the truckers keep their engines idling all night, but there is a little park with picnic tables and nice clean bathrooms, real step up from any other rest area I've ever seen!

as with most of Oregon's rest areas is this one is clean and quiet as far as rest areas go. large area for RVs and trucks. plenty of Auto spots. nice messy area and picnic tables. the rest area North and prior to this one didn't have a good signal so I decided to stop here. two bars of lte with Verizon network good service. lots of road noise because you're at on a downhill grade but it was fine for one night. bathrooms are clean, picnic area and trash kept clean. just a nice place to stop

Great rest stop to sleep overnight. It’s huge, and you can stay for 12 hours.

Report Check-In

Lots of parking, Restrooms, and 1 water outlet on the north side of the north restrooms on the water faucet.

Report Check-In

Lots of noise but I had no problem staying overnight. Clean rest rooms.

Nice and safe place for sure but not quiet being very close to the highway. The big camper can park on the Truck side more far away from the highway. If you need to stay for a night...

One of the nicer rest stops we've stayed in. 12 hr maximum stay. Picnic tables, pet area and power points in the bathrooms. Felt really safe and a nice place to stop for a night!
