Latest Check-Ins

Dry camping $14.21/night. They have much more - hookups and the like. We were headed for Malheur NWR early the next morning and just needed a place to sleep in our van. We arrived on Monday when their office is closed, and settled in to wait. They knocked in the middle of the night and they were super understanding and nice. Given the almost total lack of boondocking sites in the area, they offer an excellent alternative. Recommend.

Indeed the Narrows RV Park (Good Sam Park) is a perfect base. Everything you need: Heated! private bathrooms with HOT showers (2$ for 4 Min. and $3.50 for 7 Min), heated! laundry ($1.50 per load for 25 Min washing, $1.50 for 45 Min. drying), restaurant on site, propane filling, gas/diesel station, portable water. Free open WiFi - works well in the car too. (You do not have to stay in the place to use the shower/laundry). Sites have some wind shelter, water, electricity, picknick table and grill station. Dry camping $14, with tax $15.12. Perfect base to do the Diamond and Steens Loop. Recommended.
