Description
RUM: Coming from the border Brazil - Peru just behind the first tollbooth. You can stand on both sides of the road. The complex is almost as new and well maintained. Everything is paved. Toilets are very clean. Unfortunately no shower. Water is not drinkable. Really a nice and safe place to stay.
RUM: Kommend von der Grenze Brasil - Peru gleich hinter der ersten Mautstation. Man kann auf beiden Seiten der Straße stehen. Die Anlage ist fast wie neu und sehr gepflegt. Alles ist gepflastert. Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Leider keine Dusche. Wasser ist nicht trinkbar. Wirklich ein schöner und sicherer Platz zum Übernachten.

Very nice and big place! Friendly guard, clean toilets, garbage cans for different kinds of trash. Spent a safe and calm night here, not much traffic.
Report Check-Innext to the toll, there is a big área for parking. we stay here for one night before crossing to Brasil. this is a oficial) government área. Good to relax And continue the trip And It is free.

Hosepipe for open air shower available next to toilets.
Water tasted good to me (and the staff drink it) but if in doubt there's good potable water next to 'grandstand' at sports fields, and couple of small shops and eateries in village of San Laurenzo.
Report Check-InRum: If you come from Brazil, right behind the first tollstation. You can stand right or left.The on the right are the clean toilets. Unfortunately no shower.Wat water is not drinktable .... Chlorine. The place is very clean and paved. You are very quiet and safe here.
