I have been here for 2 nights tonight will be my 3rd. I would definitely come here again. There are firepits and concrete tables / benches. There is an anti bear locker for food.
No restrictions on fires and they even leave piles of firewood here from the cleared trees. The Sun River is lovely and it is not at all buggy. Locals camp here too for the weekend and there is a 3 day limit. I would stay longer though. I have not known BLM to be enthusiastic about chucking people out of their places. I recommend this place over Freezeout Lake.
Some say there is no signal but I am on TMobile and it is ok. I can stream and get Facebook.

Great stay. As stated, no Verizon. About five sites. Spent the night by ourselves.

Great camp spot! Road is in good condition, pit toilet is very clean. One other camper. No cell service with Verizon.

came here on a Friday night, busy with locals getting ready to get drunk and make poor decisions, dis not stay.

Nice spot. Not a lot of privacy or space but there are some trees and a river. 3 days max allowed. Road is very passable and in good condition.
