Beautiful spot. Backed in with my box truck conversion. We could have used some leveling blocks, since we ended up parking at a bit of a slant. A local came by and went out for a paddle in his kayak, super friendly.
I was able to get Starlink connected by putting the dish right by the shoreline.
Report Check-InFor us, it was one of the nicest places to stay that we found on Vancouver Island. You can park your car right by the lake and enjoy the peace and quiet. We arrived in the dark and actually wanted to continue the next morning. Then we liked it so much that we spent the whole day at the lake and stayed there one more night. Don't forget to take food with you. There is also a small stream. We boiled the water and drank it without any problems. Please leave the place clean and tidy. We did is with our 2wd. There is enough space for turning around if you are alone.
Report Check-InSame as described - could be a tricky reverse in to get off the road if you’re not a 4x4 but certainly doable if you’re willing! Beautiful scenery and great for a night.
