Large stony clearing. Deer, wild turkey cows.
For those with a tent a grass clearing with a flat space is just above.

Stayed over Labor Day weekend we were pretty much the only ones here. Lots of cows, some flys/bees, turkeys, deer and hunters using hunting dogs/bows. Bear area. Att and T-Mobile decent only with our booster.
Report Check-InThis is a beautiful huge spot, however, it is extremely busy as there is a trail head right here. We were seeing at least 10 vehicles a day.
Report Check-InThis is a big open site. Pretty views and easy to get to. My biggest complaint is that it is very busy. Tons of locals come here to do the trail. I mean we saw 10 cars a day easily.
Report Check-InParked off the end of the parking area. Had the place to ourselves. Beautiful views to the east. We were en route to Canyonlands Needles District, and there's a backroad way to access the entrance without having to drive back out to 191. Saw wild turkeys!
