Different free camping spots along the Snake River, some with picnicking tables and pit toilets. These are free camping places in the Great Basin National Park. There are beautiful hiking possibilities near the end of the dirt road. Max. 30 ft is allowed. We came here with our 24 ft long truck camper, without any problem. The road is narrow with overhanging trees.

As of today, this campground is still closed. GBNP got record number of snow fall and this road is closed with a gate. So check the NPS website before coming here. However, the other sites outside of the park are accessible at this time and the roads aren't bad at all.
Report Check-Inparked at trailhead at the end of the road. Quiet with great views. awesome stargazing.
Report Check-InLove this place. Love Baker. Love Great Basin. Campsites are quiet, clean, and peaceful. Stars are crazzzzy. Got a good couple nights sleep here. Kind of windy when we were here. Minimal creek presence. But would recommend.
Report Check-InThe creek was dry when we were here. We had to take a spot a bit farther away from the put toilet.
Report Check-InConstant breeze. Creek is dry on this June 30th. Very clean camps. Lots of shade. Beautiful area! No Verizon service. Caution with a trailer. If all campsites are full you cannot turn around.
Report Check-InFree camp sites with the cleanest vault toilets I’ve seen in a very long time. Beautiful views along the road. The creek was running strong in August of 2019.
