Description

We found this place whilst searching for a replacement cylinder head for our 1992 Mercedes 814DA. Autostar (Mercedes Dealer) could only source one from Germany.
It is a family business, the son works on cars whilst the father specializes in heavy vehicles.
They have many Mercedes/Unimog vehicles and spare parts available.
They realigned our belts, changed the radiator fan to suit the climate, sorted a diesel leak and refurbished our starter motor.
Very friendly people. They don't speak English but Google translate works well.
They are happy for overlanders to stay in the secure yard overnight with their vehicles if they need to. We were repaired in 1 day. No facilities.

Latest Check-Ins

Stayed here for change some fluids and it had to change a preheater glow stick for diesel. They are really really slow so we had to stay over night. You can sleep in the safe area but it annoying that they are working so slow.

Payed 200$ for oil change (quality oil from Castrol), diesel filter, check breaks, check transmission and differential oil and changed the preheater.

Here are a lot of Mercedes and unimogs so I think they know what to do. Only one guy speak English.
