A nice play to stay, very nice view on the river when you are in restaurant (good) or pool (long chairs). The campsite should be remade next year. Clean ablution

Although the surrounding is industrial farm, the lodge and campsite is a very nice place, directly at the banks of the Orange. Bar, restaurant and pool are very welcoming. Definitely a place to enjoy more than a night.

camping place with grass and many big trees. not much privacy when full, but we were the only campers. ablution clean and in good condition.
big shady playground for kids under a big lapa.
very nice looking pool with refreshing cold water (cloudy, maybe water from river?). seems to be it's cleaned every day.
good restaurant with aircon. pizza better than African average, homemade fries, delicious falafel burger. beef lasagne is 80% beef, 15% cheese and 5% noodles. vegetarian lasagne delicious.
waiter and receptionist very friendly and helpful. 560nad for 2 adults and 2 kids (4+5), kids cost 75nad.
breakfast 110 pp.

Amazing campsite with a wonderful view to Orange river. 180 NAD person.
Delicious food at the restaurant too.

10/10 would stay again!

For 180 for a single motorcycle camper, you can’t complain. Nice ablutions, great bar and restaurant area (although I didn’t sample the food), solid wifi in those areas, lovely staff.

I hope to return.

We were the only guests in the whole lodge for that night. We got campsite "A". Lovely view of the Orange river. Our own boma with firepit. Ultra clean ablutions. We enjoyed lunch at their restaurant, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The cuisine is world class! Very friendly staff. Beautiful sunsets!

Difficult to Describe.
Don’t expect what you see on their website, but it’s okay for an overnight stop.
Good Wifi at the Bar.
There is only one campsite with a view over the River, that’s Camp “A”.
Bad Maintenance, everything could be nicer.

Nice braai areas and campsites with a lot of shade. Pool could be nice, but needs a cleaning. Staff was not very welcoming and somehow we had the feeling that the whole place could need a round up. Everything looked nice but could be much better. We stayed just for one night. Also because the factory nearby was working deep into the night.
The whole place is still sleeping the Corona sleep. Other places are already awake.
Since 01.11. no quarantine place anymore.

Excellent place for camping, as well as chalets overlooking the Orange River. Camping spots are nicely shaded by trees, each with own Braai area (some have Braai with seating area built into ground). Ablutions great and very clean. Lovely shaded playground area. Pool area is superb, with loungers, and towels provided. We ate dinner at the restaurant which was amazing food & service! The lamb chops, couscous & kudu sosaties were superb!!
We can't actually fault this place for anything! NAD170pppn, kids under 5 free, and above half price. Free WiFi also, which does reach to the first Camp sites.

All as below, a wonderful place. Lower Sadc price (N$136). There is also one spot overlooking the river, which is more private, but can get very windy. Our first night, the factory next door was packing grapes, which was quite noisy. Other nights were quite. Our daughter especially enjoyed the shady playground and wonderful swimming pool.

Very good place with shady sites and electrify. WiFi reaches sites. Staff very friendly. Restaurant and pool area are beautiful and so are the views to the river and mountains. Braai at sites. Clean toilets with very hot water. Perfect place before or after the border!

Absolutely fantastic. The facilities are very good and you get access to swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Shady sites with electricity and braai stands. I paid 170N a night one person and one vehicle. Outstanding views of the Orange river and mountains. Much recommended.

Agree with a lot other comments. Nice place with nice location and lovely pool. 170pppn, but they don’t offer many activities contrary to what’s written on their website and in guide books.

Small campsites on grass with trees - close to each other. Nice and clean shared ablution with hot water. Wifi (reception and restaurant but was not working when we arrived) an pool I believe but did bot see it. Hot water in showers and electricity at site with private braai and place to sit around the fire. Nice view on the river - a minute walking distance. 3G MTC here. Spar not too far with ATMs.

Mentioned flies seem to have disappeared! Lovely resort with camping at one end. Bar and restaurant look nice.

Still many flies but they say is getting less and less. We really enjoyed it here regardless of flies. They even had a shaded playground and the didn’t charge anything for our kids at the age of 3 and 5.

Nice campsite behind the lodge buildings. There is power and water at the spots. Also there are huge fire pits where you can sit around. Ablutions were clean and up to date. Internet is good and pool is nice and overlooking the river. Biggest downside however were the many flies around. We were warned by this when we called, but still wanted to find out for ourselves. Unfortunately it was too uncomfortable to stay another night. It had to do with the winefields around, so check beforehand with them what the current situation is. Price is 170 N$ pppn which we thought was good value for money.

Beautiful lodge/campsite. Camp sites are not big and not many but it’s made up with the facilities it offers. Sunset down in the hills behind the river in a nice pool!

Stayed 2 nights at this resort. They have 2 small communal camping lawns amidst the bungalows. Between the camping area and the Oranje River is one row of bungalows. Pool. Fantastic view from the air-con bar. Reasonable prices in bar and restaurant, very nicely decorated. 170 pp per night. The campsites are much nicer though at the Amanzi River Trail Camping 50 km further south with also gorgeous views. If you want resort amenities, stay here. If you want to have nice camping, go to Amanzi instead.

No camping at the moment. They used the former campsite and built chalets. But thinking about to set up a new (small) campsite with 4 to 5 spots - probably in oct 2018.

Nestled between the vineyards, on the riverbank with a sunset view of the Richtersveld. Camping is on grass, with lights/electric/braais and the wifi reaches the campsite! Two ablution blocks and a washing up area. They are undergoing renovations so the place was a bit torn up and there was some noise during the day, but they gave a 20% discount because of it. Normal price for camping N$170 pp.
