2 ATM inside the Hilton : withdrawal is limited in somoni (don't know the limit), not in dollars (at least untill 200)
Report Check-Inthere are 2 ATMs here. I recommend using the one to the left. the one to the right is (at the time of writing) only a couple months old and it ate my card. the receptionist said it has a tendency to do this - and it took 2 days for a technician to come retrieve it for me.
Report Check-InThe ATM is located behind the Reception of the Sheraton Hilton. Worked both with Visa and Maestro, you can still choose between USD and TJS.
Report Check-InWorked for me, didn’t work the day before, so you might have to come back a couple times. Maestro also works.

Normaly it can give dollars as well but didn't work for me.
