not in the city centre but u can take Teleferico, cable car metro. is near the Cementario station red line for 3 soles
walking back to hostel is a workout as it is situated higher up
basic breakfast. bread and boiled egg and cereal

A closed parking for two motorcycle
just as the other comment says, exept that the price is 40 bob ;)
close to the middle station of the yellow cable car and next to the huge market where you can get litterally everything
