On the way to cahuachi ruin, there are lots of places to stay overnight.
But here is the best in my opinion. Probably good for campers with tent. There is an abandoned building which is good to wind protection.

We opted to make ourselves invisible in the bushes below. Had a quiet night (the most important for us), but left very early to see Nasca Lines.
