We arrived at sunset and had a good night's rest. Nobody was here to check on us. Next morning around 07:30 the guard Antonio arrived but he was only interested in a chat, not in collecting any fee. He said, he usually is there from 07:30am to 06:00pm.
Pit toilet.
Update 06/2023: 3 Soles per person now with an official-looking tool booth, not sure if you are allowed to sleep in the parking lot.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
nice spot. you cannot see any Nasca pictures but many straight lines from the hill. pay seems to depend on the day. we had to pay 3 S per person on a Saturday. on Sunday noone was there to sell tickets and everyone was visiting for free.
Report Check-InIt's an official Nazca tourist attraction with a small parking lot now. 3 Soles to climb the little hill, you can only see the nazca cat and some lines, so a bit underwhelming if you did the tower before.
Report Check-InFlat area just down the road from the mirador tower (towards Nazca). There is a small hill which I recommend climbing for sunset. No one else here. No facilities but free, flat and perfect for camping too. A million stars at night time too. :)
Report Check-InFree and Quite level parking of the second mirador of Nazca Lines.
Police came around 8:00pm to remind us it’s forbidden to walk or drive outside the parking lot.
Jesus, the nice guardian, arrives at 7:30 and knock at the door to say hello :)
