Flat area in a forest right next to a little lake called Svarten close to Sommen lake. Walking along the lake on a path you will also find a shelter and a nice fire place. We didn’t see many people here and it’s definitely ok to stay here for a while and discover the Östergötlands leden.

Good immersive forest experience. Shelter is semi-closed. Well maintained and cozy place. Fireplace with a grill net.
A Wednesday end of May, and we were completely alone. There are a few tent spots around, but scattered around the forest area, which are not completely flat. Sunset is hidden behind the trees, but astonishing light is cast on the other side of the lake.
For whoever maintains this, I salute you and respect your effort. Thank you for keeping this place accessible.
