Four or five dispersed campsites along the Lochsa River in Clearwater National Forest at Hwy 12. The Highway is close and you hear the cars but there are not many passing by in the night.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
6-8 campsite with fire rings and river access. Right next to the road but quiet at night. Big rig, 2WD and pet friendly. No cell service. Close to 2 hot spring trailheads.
