Decent little campground next to the Cedar Lodge motel. Great option to stay just outside Yosemite NP. Friendly, helpful owners. Sites are very close together but most are shaded by large trees. Hot showers and free use of the pool at the Cedar Lodge! $30 for dry camping. $55 for full hook up. $49 water & electricity. Tents and cabins available for rent. Wifi available at extra cost (we didn’t try it). They charge $10 for WiFi.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Was forced to evacuate Upper Pines Campground due to high wind warning and this was the next closest spot. $28 for dry camping spot. Purchased the $10 WiFi and it worked great enough to stream video (Hulu/Netflix).
Report Check-InCommercial site that packs in as many units as they can even utilising the front hard standing, noisy. Oth from road and proximity of other vans and not enough toilet facilities for the number of people. Full hook up with a power water and drain, also has a dump point. Serves a purpose I guess but won’t ever use again.
Report Check-InNice little place with friendly staff named Juan. The price for full hook-up is, in fact, 49$; for 42$ you get water and electricity. Perfect place as it is about 30 min. to Yosemite. One drawback : showers are unstable with temperature level...impossible to ajust.
Report Check-Invery convenient spot just outside yosemite. we turned up without a reservation at 6pm and got lucky with 1 rv space left. cosy but the neighbours are friendly
Report Check-InNice place but nothing special. Bathroom was a bit dirty and the staff is not very friendly. But it is very close to the park so that’s perfect.
Report Check-InWe didn’t stay over night but they allow you to use the showers for $3 a person which was awesome since we were traveling in a van with no shower. It’s like an enclosed shower but outside. There’s 3 separately enclosed stalls, but I don’t recommend more than 1 person showering at a time because once 1 person makes their water hotter or colder it does the opposite to the other showers. But still worth it 100%
Report Check-InMuch the same as below except absolutely worth mentioning this campground has both and indoor and outdoor pool accessible to all campers! Good pools too, very nice in this heat. Great find.
