If you get there when they open at 9:00AM and they're not too busy, you might be able to pick your laundry the same afternoon.

I believe it would have been faster service if we went during the week.
It is a great affordable laundry service and you can take advantage of exploring Bacalar while you wait.
Good service but don't be in a hurry! They told us our laundry will be ready at 9AM the next day and we waited 3h30 to pick it up!
