No shadow, no electric. Hiking to the plateau costs an additional N $ 300 pp.
Slightly cheaper option than staying in the park campsite (wrong!!), with nice hiking trails. Individual campstands have braai area and small covered area. Ablutions clean with plenty of hot water. Cost:N$150
Nice campground with good Equipment: Table, BBQ-Grill and Water at each site. Several restrooms and showers with warm water. A nice little swimming pool. I can recommend the 3h Walking Tour over the Waterberg plateau with a guide!

Nice campsite. Lot of hiking possibilities. Be aware of the baboons, they will sit in your car and play with your tent (we saw at the neighbour). We left it folded in when we went hiking.

We’ve spent two quite nights here. We’ve seen 3 rhinos on the road around 5pm. We walked 10 km into the nature (down) and we were alone just a monkey tribu. Great ! Hot water in the shower. Nice people.

Not sure if I stayed at the Andersson or not. Seems to be a few sites. I was at the first one on the right. Private ablution for each site. Braii. At 380pp now, quite pricey.

We stayed 2 nights at this campsite, indeed a bit pricey but you can do a nice hike in the valley by yourself (if you combine a couple of trails it's a good early morning hike.) There is a small swimming pool and there are 4 camsites, each with private (basic) bathroom in the ablution block. Campsites are not really private but have a shelter and braai area. There is a nice viewpoint at the campsite, very nice for sundowners. They organise several tours at the reception. You are not allowed to clime the plateau without a guide, this is 300$N p.p. and the hike starts at 8 AM.
Camping is 300$N. p.p.p.n.
