Very nice owners. Perfect place on the backside of the Hotel. We got everyday Tea and little cakes for free and paid just 100.000 Toman/Night. We also changed money to a very good rate. Snapp to Basar around 30.000 Toman. We had a good stay here!

For a room we paid 20€ per night including breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Bathroom with a bath tub and very hot water. Housekeeping comes every day. We had a fridge and a free bottle of water every day. You can also get tea whenever you want basically.
Breakfast is great and includes bread, eggs, small packages of jam, butter, cheese and a juice and biscuits. You also get tea or coffee of course. We always took left overs with us and already had our lunch. They also serve dinner, but not really any vegetarian options. But there are some falafel restaurants close to the big round about.
You can pay in € or $ and change money to the normal rate.

What a wonderful place. The courtyard is pretty spacious with plenty of room for multiple vehicles (maybe not for big rigs due to the trees). Doesn't get to hot as the sun doesn't hit it all day and there are plenty of trees.

The 2 brothers are great fun and very hospitable. We stayed here for 3 nights in our rooftop tent. We could still here a bit of the noise from the road but in a van/truck you'll probably barely here a thing. Paid 1 million rial per night.

Laundry isn't available here anymore but +/- 100 meters away, check Google maps. WiFi is super slow.

Love it! Quiet, a lot of space in this closed backyard where you park, cute cats, super cheap, just 1 Mio per night (2 people and car). Access to toilet, electricity and (mostly slow) wifi. Already the amount of times you get served a free tea when sitting in the lobby, is worth the price.
Also sometimes you meet other travellers. We are actually here a few more days, so come by and we can hang out :D

This is an overlander's heaven. We camped at their parking for 2 nights. 1mil (2€) per night. breakfast was $1/pax. Clean toilet with direct access from parking, lovely old lady offering us tea at the lobby anytime we went in for wifi, good rate change with big notes...
Laundry service was unavailable (we arrived on a Thu), but we could do laundry and hang all our clothes to dry in the parking. Such an easy, calm and chilled stay after Balochistan escorts!

Parking is accessed from the alley behind the hotel. Better to first show up at the lobby, on the main road, then go to the back when they go open the door.

Great place! Large and quiet backyard with shade. Water and electricity available, toilets and showers can also be used. Currency exchange possible at a fair rate and laundry service available. Go first to the main entrance of the hotel to register, then they will open the gate to the backyard. Very warm welcome and good food in the hotel restaurant.

This is the second time we stayed in the backyard of the Akhavan hotel and we felt so welcomed. The owners are two brothers, who are very helpful. Possible to use shower, fill up water, change money and they organise laundry service. They have one staff member working pretty much early morning to late at night, his name is Ahmedi. He is the one, who opened and closed the gate for us and as we stayed 7 nights, we noticed he didn’t have a day off. We gave him a generous tip at the end of our stay, which I think is highly appreciated.

We stayed there one night. They have a parking at the background of the hotel which is very calm and quite big ! They speak very good English.
They asked us 1 dollar per person to stay for one night. We would use the toilets for free.
If you want to take a shower it’s 2 dollars.
They are very nice !

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice backyard, stayed 2 nights, quiet and secure, paid 500'000 Rials per night and could use toilets of the hotel and fill up water. Overlander spot.

Like described, very friendly, perfect place! The ownee Askar organasised a lut dessert tour for me by taxi, which was perfect. He also organised laundery, alsp perfect clean ironed and foldet. I wanted to stay one night but a stayed 6 Nights

Askar is a super friendly host! He speaks englisch. They also Organise a tour to Lut Dessert.

Super kind and friendly staff. Good English spoken. Very fair and low prices for overnight parking, shower (inside a hotel room) and food. Very clean toilets in the basement.

What a wonderful micro Kosmos, full of hospitality, nostalgia and friendliness.
As said earlier, good exchange rate (other offices in town were closed or had no money...), very fair prices and really good food!
Good laundry shop just around the corner.
We could camp with our medium rig in the quite backyard.

Amazing place, as good as it gets for a central location, park in back and catch a snapp to all the sites. Friendly helpful owners and staff, speak good English, fair priced meals if wanted, access to water, electricity and toilets. Definitely recommend for a base for a few days to explore Kerman

we were 2 nights here. Large vehicles are parked in front of the hotel. Because relatively loud (traffic and at night check-in and out guests). Small vehicles are behind the hotel as very pleasant and relatively quiet. Very helpful owners. Water for free. If showers and toilets are not needed, then cheaper.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Kerman, close to city center. Behind hotel in the middle of trees, potable water, toilets and showers available, nicest staff, also the owners. Friendly, always helpful. Also the food they serve is delicious.
Meeting point for travellers; we met two travellers who have the same travel plans - Pakistan. Perfect!
We highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay. The owners taking care of you. We paid 400.000 with or 250.000 without shower for 2 pers. / night. Dinner in the restaurant is huge and very good (400.000 p. P.)

Perfect place and wonderful owners. We stayed up late watching football with them. They have a lot info about the Lut desert and many contacts around town. We paid 250.000 ( € 2,-) rials per person including shower per night.

Great spot to get reorganized and meet other travellers. Large green parking lot is basically just for overlanders and very safe (locked gate). All the staff is incredibly friendly and the manager can help you with everything. Clean toilets open 24/7 and shower (in room) upon request. It’s €10 with shower or €5 without (for two people), so you can save five euro if you hose down in the toilet ;)

Perfect spot to visit Kerman. Nice and quiet. At the end of the day they open up a room for you to use the hot shower. Food in the restaurant is very good. Nice owners. Laundry service is available (at a price...).

Large concrete secure parking area at the back of the hotel. Access is via a side street behind hotel. You have access to squat toilets and wash basins down stairs near the restuarant. Camping per person is 200,000 rial a night. Shower (use of hotel room for an hour) is an extra 200,000 rial.
There is a tap and hose in the parking area with clean water. Free wifi on the reception area.
Plus there is a land rover parts place next door and food shops just over the road from the hotel front.
