Expensive for the place itself. Quiet uncared looking all. Hugo is no longer there. Only his mother Jane. 150 reales not negotiable. We did not stay.

Nice place where to stay in Corumbá! You can safely park you car at this Posada, where there is a lot of space also for big rigs. Hot shower, Wi-Fi, & a nice location from where you can walk 15’ to the city center - or take an uber.
The owner are super friendly, they also speak English & can suggest you a lot of nice places to visit in the Pantanal! We really enjoyed our stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely estate with great views onto the Pantanal, though it is somewhat a bit tired. Camping in our Land Rover roof tent, 2 people, we paid Rs150 p nt (we negotiated the price down). Al ( who speaks English) and his mother Jane are most helpful for anything you might need. Eventually we ended up staying in one of their bedrooms as the mosquitos we just getting to us.

Positives: Pool, good WiFi, nice view, quiet at night, 220 and 110V, extra driveway for large vehicles (the driveway before the white gate with the pousada sign).
Negative: Nobody cleans the toilet and shower, the pool is cleaned "only" for the weekend.
The daughter is only visiting and lives in Rio.
Now she like to get 100BRL for two person with Motorhome :-(

Report Check-In

This was our last Brazilian stop before crossing into Bolivia. We weren't planning on spending much time in Corumba, but it was very hot, so we looked for an affordable place with a pool, so we ended up here, and also ended up staying four nights.

The amenities are quite worn out, but not dirty. The pool is big and well looked after, apart from some leaves from the many surrounding trees. It seems mother and daughter are running the place now, haven't seen a guy named Hugo. There's kitchen you can use but the gas pits don't give a big flame. Several showers to use, all of them cold, which didn't bother us as it was so hot (although the one next to the pool has semi hot water from the sun).

There are a lot of animals, 18 cats, some dogs, geese, chicken... She saved the cats and dogs from the streets, really nice lady. She asked 80 but it's easily negotiable.

We were two people and a small rig. Amaaaazing view and sunset but if bug o'clock arrives, you better be prepared!

We arrived here from the border and didn't have any cash. we explained that we would go to the cash point but just needed some time to get sorted first, but Jane insisted that we paid immediately. The views were stunning but there was very bad, loud music playing and it seemed like they were getting ready for a party. We did leave to go to the bank, and went to parking 21, also listed on here. Not as pretty, but friendly, cheap, and quiet.

Nice setting above the river with great view, nice parking under big tree for not so big cars, but they also have room for larger ones. Bathroom was clean with hot water, lots of noisy geese around but very quiet at night. She charged 50 for 1 person and car, 2 people is 80, wifi was working well.

What was said above is correct, price 80r$ for 2 and motohome (careful if you are more than 3m high to park because trees) pool was not clean, electricity 110 & 220, wifi, some shadows, where to go elsewhere here ? even if price seems to high. we stop for a night before going to Bolivia.

Pousada and camping (40 reales), beautiful view to the Paraguay River, great to see the sunset. parking for rv is small, and has only a small bathroom. hugo is a nice guy and like to help. Need bug repellent because has many mosquitoes.

Took a minute to realize the hotel and camping are one in the same. Use same gate! We negotiated 70 per night for truck camper with 2 adult and one 5 year old. Electric, and bathroom of room #2. We just parked right in front of hotel. Bathroom was clean, and definitely hot shower if you back off the volume a bit. Two loud and funny parrots, flock of geese, and pool that we didn't use. Nice views. Bit of a downer on the second night, they locked the bathroom at night because we hadn't paid yet, perhaps they were nervous we'd take off in the morning without paying? We are used to paying when we leave, not when we arrive.

Report Check-In

We stayed here twice. excellent on both times. Jane and Paulina are fantastic. The owner hugo helped us organise or boat trip from Corumba to Porto Jofre. I would recommend you stay here espaecially just before or just after the border

Report Check-In

Very good place, good WiFi even at our camping spot. Shower is hot if you don’t take too much water at a time. 40pp. Beautiful sunset over Pantanal from this place.

Report Check-In

Great place. We came for one week and stayed for three. For a longer stay, Jane helped us with a better price. She is very sweet and even helped us by calling her vet and he came to check on our cats and get us the health certificate to cross to Brasil. Beautiful views. If you walk down the trails to the river there is a chance you'll see the giant otters.

Report Check-In

We stayed here and the information below is correct but we had to pay 80 real which we found a bit expensive for what you get. WiFi didn't work most of the time, shower wasn't really hot..

Report Check-In

Paid B$ 40.- pp/n.
Not a real campsite, but we don't know if there is a better one around Corumba. We parked the car between some trees in the garden. Had to use the cold shower of in a hotel room. Electricity is far away, you need a long cable. Place was run down and a lot of dust and dirt around...
The host is friendly and helpful

Sunset and animals are great!

Report Check-In

When we passed the border from Bolivia after 7hours, we landed tired on this dream place. Jane is looking after her house since she was young. Hugo, her son, supports her and is keen to help you with whatever you need. The Pousada has several spots for campers with a fantastic view on the Pantanal from a hill. Do not miss the sunsets! If warm (during our visit it was quite cold) you can use the pool. If you have questions, Hugo will be THE contact for you in Corumbá. He speaks fluently english. Need a transport to Porto Jofre? He has the contacts. Restaurants? Shopping? Sight seeing? He knows!
Well, yes, the property is not new, it may need some investment. But Jane, Hugo and their collaborators do their best, to keep it clean. The toilets are clean and well maintained. The shower at the pool is cold water, but if you really need hot showers, you get access to the room showers. In the kitchen you can cook you own meals, while looking at the sunset. You have pets, a horse? No problem, just make sure they get to know their new friends: the parrots, the geese, the chicken, the dog and the cats.
