Something not right?

Description

Some nice spots overlooking the lake, managed by the US Army Engineers it seems. Several different camp areas, many with shade and tables, one section with water and electricity. There is a separate dump station, drinking water, hot shower and flush toilet block adjacent to the sites. Great ATT and Verizon coverage. Sites are $12 no electric / $16 electric.
Note: Closed over winter, check dates but looks like it is closed mid October to Mid April.

super nice place, directly on the Lake! 15$ per night No Elecricity! Very nice hosts!!

Report Check-In

Not bad for $15. Site 31 has good views but not so level in our camper van. Fire ring and picnic table. Site is near the bathroom but no one went in during our stay. And it didn’t smell so it was fine. There’s drinking water and a pavilion right near the site too but I’m not sure how safe it is. We filled a couple of water jugs from it and noticed some stuff floating around in the water. Shower house not far but we didn’t use it so can’t really say anything about that. The camp hosts are super friendly

Campground. site 10. not so great for larger rigs.

Report Check-In

As previously reported. Lovely campground and even lovelier camp hosts. Super friendly and the place is beautiful and well maintained. A gem and for a good price.

Great place to camp with excellent views. 3 bars of Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T for you digital nomads.

Absolutely gorgeous place overlooking the water and mountain. Run by Army Corps of Engineers although they are not deployed here. Booked on Recreation.gov. It’s called the Riana Campground.

Report Check-In

Stayed for three days in spot 37. Mosquito/biting insects, but gorgeous weather. Sunny mornings, cloudy/stormy afternoons. Nice swimming nearby. Fairly quiet campground with no alcohol

Report Check-In

Indeed a very nice place with all the ameneties described before. Very nice host on the camp. 12$ without power and water connection. No alcohol policy on the campsite. They close the gate at 10pm so it is very quiet at night. Be aware it can be quite windy up here and generatores are allowed so if you are unlucky you have one next "door". We stayed 2 nights at No 23 (very nice place on the side, so you have more privacy) Recommended.

Report Check-In

Looked beautiful but it would have been nice to know before we got there that it doesn't open until April 15th. It's closed from October 15 to April 15.

Tried to stay here 02/13/19 but unfortunately, closed for the season :(
