Chevron/ Casa de Fruta | Informal Campsite

Parked in a corner of the truck lot. Did not check with the Chevron folks first, but no knocks.

Some highway and truck noise, but not too bad. Rooster woke me and then the peacock up at 5:00 am. Peacock crowing is hilarious!

Convenient to gas, grocery, and restaurant. Would definitely stop again.

Spend one night there, no problems. Slept along the road a little past the station and It was better I think, less noise and light.

Empty lot next to the Chevron that had trucks in it as well as along the road. We were too tired to finish our drive and pulled over. No one bothered us. Both my travel buddy and I had service with GCI and AT&T. Can hear the high way if that bothers you. Chevron had large bathrooms and ample snacks/coffee/slushy options!

OMG! this place is a little piece of heaven. after driving an hour through the Pacheco pass! roosters and chickens and peacocks running around lose everywhere. beautiful flowers and landscaping. Cute seating areas and the view of the sunsetting over the mountains is perfect. Plus of course all the regular truck stop stuff. I haven't even checked out the fruit stand yet. I'll do that tomorrow.

Restful location. Slept good. Must not have been a busy night for the trucks. Went to the fruit stand and bought some items. Plenty to do here.

Asked at the Chevron if they allow overnight parking. Staff had mixed responses. Eventually the manager said you're not supposed to, but no one would knock or kick me out.
Stayed in the truck area, out of the way. As promised, no one bothered me. Lot was loud with trucks coming and going at all hours.
Shops were cute! Did a wine tasting and tried ice cream. Any bathroom used was clean.

Asked permission to park our campervan overnite from mgr at the Chevron store. He said to park near the EV charging stations. Quiet, restful night. Many items for purchase at nearby Casa de Fruits.

Parked across the street along the road. Was good for a quick rest, pretty loud though.

road side parking, there's also a lot next to the gas station. we stayed on the road down past the gas station just so it was a little more quiet. no problems and nice bathrooms inside the Chevron. would stay here again if passing through.

Really enjoyed this stop. Great amenities. Parked on the street past the gas station and had a quiet night. Highly recommend. Please respect the space so they don't take it away from us.

this site is great lots around with restaraunt, deli, gas station and graocery store. they just let you park anywhere around alll of these.

For one night it was good. You can go to chevron on the toilett without problem it's open 24h.

Quite a lovely place to stock up on fruit and vegetables for a long interstate drive. Lovely people!

Stayed here last night. Asked the girl working at the gas station if we could park in the truck lot and she said sure no problem. We ended up parking on the side of the road instead and had no issues. A little loud with all the trucks but overall easy place to stay for the night

We slept at this truck parking lot next to Chevron gas station and Casa de Fruta restaurant, playground for kids, shop... quiet at night, free. We asked permission at the shop to sleep here. Open 24hs
