Something not right?

Description

Entrance is just to the east of a bridge over a stream. We went out of season so no water and the toilets, showerheads and taps had been removed. However, we had an excellent site by the lake with a stunning view and free for us.
17,000 for 2 people in a van.

Very nice place. Directly at the lake. Quite basic facilities but very nice views (if you get a spot at the lake).

8500pp. Totally worth it.

Report Check-In

wanted 16000 for 2 ppl in a van. ridiculous...

Report Check-In

The location of the place is nice, but still no relation between price and service. They charged us 3500 pp and added 2000 (!!!) for our motorhome and then we only got a bad and noisy place in front of showers and toiletts. Only 2 showers (dirty) available with hot water only in the evening. Just imagine the waiting time....
We were very disappointed and even had to check out before 12 the next day. As it was already very late in the evening we couldn't move on, otherwise we would have done so.

Beautiful camping, perfect location at a great lake with a wonderfull view. We have spent 2 nights here. You can make Barbecue and the super friendly stuff is very helpful. Clean hot showers and toiletts. Per night: 2500 Pp. ~ 7,5 €/$

Wonderful campground at the lake with numerous pits for camper vans or cars. Each pit has a table with seating and a fireplace, pre-supplied with fire wood. Ask the friendly staff for a steel grill if you want to prepare your asado. The ablution block is very basic, so don’t expect luxury. The place seems to be popular for a day at the lake, however after sunset we were entirely alone with nature.
We paid 5000.- for two with a camper.

Algunas parcelas bien frente al lago, otras debajo de las plantas, bien delimitadas. Con mesa y fogón. $1500 pp.

We spent there 2 nights (Navidad), lot of families enjoying the day. Nice camping with places well delimited, you can find a place front of the lake, we prefered hide us between the trees. The beach and view are really nice. Clean toilets and hot showers. No electricity or WiFi.
Paid 600/pers, no charges for the van.

Report Check-In

We only ask for the shower, and paid 50 ppp. Good shower, hot, clean place, beatiful.

Now 400$pp, too expensive we did not stay it looked beautiful though

Amazing spot in front of the lake. It was for free. Nobody was there. Maybe low season.

Report Check-In

One of the most beautyfull and clean camping in Argentina. Near the beach and the lake, we liked it! Great for relaxing.
300pp motorhome included.

we stayed here for one night. it was free for us, low season I suppose. wonderfull place but it was raining all the night and the morning that's why we didn't stay.

What a beautiful spot! Nobody around, only one guy that came to fish for his family on the beach. Till November the camping side is for free, so there are no toilets or showers till then, but who needs that anyway. You can just park anywhere you want, I took number 6 because it was out of the wind and in the sun right next to the river. Prices are 200 pp and the price for the vehicle was gone so I don't know

Report Check-In

Nice small campground on a beach next to the lake, many of the sites have good wind cover. Many locals picnicking and fishing in the early evening, but left after dark. We stayed until noon the next day, nobody around to pay for camping.. may be off season, all water sources shut off.. but appeared that someone may be around at times.

Nice spots next lake. Some lighting, which is running on generator, so no power outlets, which I can imagine. Showers had good warm water, but looked awful. We paid 120 per person, because that is what the neighbour charged aswell.. feels overpriced.

This is a wonderful place with some great spots right by the lakeside. Nice sandy beach. No one around. Clean toilets. Some invisible fairy seems to take care of this place, but there was no one to charge anything. Posted prices would be 90pP.

Beautiful campsites alongside crystal clear Nahuel Huapi lake and river. Working toilets, don't try showers. Couldn't find anyone to pay.

We had breakfast here. Gorgeous spot. Seemed abandoned. A national parks officer came along whilst we were there but didn't speak to us or ask for money. Toilets have been ripped out, and so have the shower heads, but the taps work. We took our solar shower into the duchas stall for a private shower... Almost the same thing! (lol) free.

A wonderful campsite right on the lake and next to a stream. Excellent views. It is part of the national park. We were there out of season, so no charge and one other tent. Firepits, lots of wood laying around. During the day Argentines like to come fishing here. At night the place was deserted. One of the best places we stayed at. The nearby camping (Ragino) was closed because they were cutting trees down. There were toilets, water, showers. We didn't try the showers, but used the toilets (with running water). Sinks. Picknicktables at sites. No wifi or electricity. Phones can be charged at the entrance (when it's open).

The name of this place is La Estacada. Not sure who owns or runs this campground -- there are prices posted but the bathrooms look abandoned and reception was all closed up even though there were many people here for the day fishing and barbecuing. We found a nice spot next to the lake to camp. The sounds of the river and the presence of lots of trees effectively blocks out road noise. Easy beach access and beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Fireplace and picnic tables at every site. Since there was no one here to pay, we paid nothing.
