The tourist information is now right at the lake. Very nice people. Told us it's fine if we stay at the lake in our camper (the informal campground spot). Clean public bathrooms. They have useful maps and tips.

New location: right next to the lake. It's the new building next to the Casa de la Cultura. They have toilets and cold water showers that you can use when the office is open. And extremely friendly staff.

I have updated the coordinates. It is on the southeast corner by the main plaza. We stopped by around 6:00pm and the gentleman there gave us information about the hikes nearby, mirador, and rafting agencies. We also got a map of the area.

The small office is currently being refurbished, tourist info temporarily located in the large building next door on the corner of the block.

Not so much flyer and she give us all information verbal and it was pretty complicated with all the different direction she gave us

Just to add to info. Appears to be a legit Government type tourist info as opposed to trying to sell you tours. Friendly Lady speaks a little English. Hand drawn Map on wall. Take photo as it is useful for the area. Lady can give directions to start of trail to Eagle Rock.

Small tourist info building. Opened at 10, public bathrooms, women inside was very helpful, not an English speaker.
