Stayed here to prepare all our shipping stuff back to Europe. Very nice and helpful people. You can print (needs to be scanned beforehand) and wash your clothes for 5$ a machine. We even washed our car. Although 4x4 recommended for the steep hill.

Awesome place with great views! There is a light, refreshing breeze, a huge terrace, hammocks, super fast wifi, good food - great to relax! Eddie and Valeria are lovely hosts :)

Bel endroit sur une colline avec une tres belle vue mer. Accueil au top et calme assure ! Mais necessite un 4x4 pour y acceder car la pente est forte ! Sanitaires tres propres et recents. Cout 5 dollars/pers.

Really nice campsite. Loved the view and the quiteness!
The campsite is part of a bigger finca where you can do some dayhiking. There is also a little stone beach nearby where you can do a bit of snorkeling.

Lovely location, great family.

When our boat to Colombia broke Eddy was really helpful in trying to find us another, and totally flexible to our changing plans.

Wonderful couple and beautiful setting, but you can only get up the hill if you have 4x4 (super steep). The motorhome mentioned above that made it up the hill must have been a MAN or something. The listing was set to "big rig friendly" but I changed it because it would seem inaccessible unless you've got a MAN or similar with 4x4. Had a wonderful plate of Lasagna.... Eddie's wife told me an Italian visitor tought her how to make bolognese. Hooray Italian visitor, whomever you are!

Couldn’t get there because Eddie wasn’t there when we arrived ((and it wasn’t planned), but he was super kind and helpful at phone.

Great view of the ocean. Cold shower, but it felt great. Really nice owner. He printed out or shipping paperwork for us and offered to let us wash our car which we happily took him up on.
lots of beaches nearby to go to or snorkel.

La subida al lugar era excesiva para mi camper. 7 metrs, 4 metros entre ejes y 3.500 kg eran excesivas y en la segunda curva me quedé clavado. En la puerta de entrada me esperaba Edy para darme las instrucciones precisas de cómo subir pero me fué imposible.
Edy es el dueño y una persona que ayuda pero me temo que sí no es con 4x4 o pequeña camper el riesgo es alto puesto que luego hay que bajar hacia atrás con dos curvsd muy pronunciadas y es peligroso. mi camper tiene 150 CV y las ruedas estaban seminuevas. Me dijo el dueño que alguna vez han llegado a subir otras más largas. Yo no pude

This is one of our best relax overnight place . Very quiet and calm in front of the ocean . There is a lot of different types of bird here,colibries, pericos...We stay a long moment here to prepare and checker our truck before shipping to Columbia . At 10 minutes of Portobello. You can ask for use horses here . Eddy ,Veronica and their daughter are really nice and hepfull family .There is a narrow road with a large rate denivelation to come here, closed to 20% but it was ok with our canadian motorhome of 24 fret. It's could be better with propulsion drive .

La vista es impresionante lugar ideal para descansar.  los animales están cerca y hasta se pueden tocar. Caballos. Ganado y muchas aves. Clima fresco y agradable y lo mas importante no hay chitra ni mosquitos. La entrada es una subida empinada pero corta si necesitas ayuda para subir puedes contactar a los dueños puedes conectarlos al WhatsApp (507)69552005 o (507)63155298 - [email protected] - www.ranchojuancho.com   se puede subir caminando son solo 100mts desde la entrada. Lugar cómodo para acampar ducha y baño. Seguro puedes salir al pueblo y tu camping esta seguro porque el lugar es privado.  También hay Cabañas cómodas con  vista al Atlántico todo limpio y ordenado. Tienen desayunos almuerzos o cenas menú variado y vegano también.

Very quite campsite with amazing view over the sea. There are all types of facilities one should need.
Shower, water, wifi, restaurant,... Eddie and Veronica are very friendly. ( they also offer horseriding, diving, kayaking,...)
Price are 5$ each for camping and there are cabañas (cabins) too
Eddie can help cycling guys to climb the hill with his car.
