Empty street with a couples RV’s staying there. We slept here with no problems. Just a street and nothing more but central and quiet.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
As advertised. Quite a few unhoused folks around, some walked past my car. No issues. Saw a guy Park overnight on the No Parking side, but he didn’t get in trouble. He kindly flagged me down to let me know that I was driving away with my water jug still on the roof of my car! Not a ton of car traffic overnight. Not my favorite spot, but it worked for a night in a pinch.
Report Check-InStayed here overnight. It was as described. Quietish, flat, big empty street behind Costco
Report Check-InNice road with good space, was some RV’s staying there, we had a quiet night, close from there is the marsh and pier of eureka with toilet pits and a dog park.
Report Check-InOverall quiet, just 27 cars and 1 truck from 11 pm to 8 am. Do not park on the side that say do not park.
Report Check-InStayed here two nights. A few local vehicle dwellers line the side of the road here. There was some lite traffic at night, with one guy racing by right up next to all of the parked vehicles trying to shake us, and in the morning there's steady traffic. There is a Planet Fitness and McDonald's nearby.
Report Check-InAs described. 6 or so RVs parked on the street. Decently lit. It's right next to Costco's loading dock so would recommend parking a bit further down the street from the Costco loading entrance as there was a lot of loading activity through the night.
Report Check-InQuiet enough place.
A few truckers and RVs around which is a nice sign.
Let’s see what the night brings!
Everything as described. I parked up just before sunset. lots of space and fairly level. Light traffic, except at dark, when the area gets busy. Hopefully posting about this wont ruin it due to popularity. i would sleep there again.
Report Check-InNice and quiet street. We arrived at 7pm and left at 9am with no issues. We parked away from the street light so it was nice and dark. No services.
Report Check-InArrived late afternoon, too much traffic... I decided to go at Marina Way close to the old pier but so windy, was not funny and came back to this place but still traffic, probably due to Costco not very far... We are at least 4 RVs..
