I had a fantastic experience with Suzi Santiago. I paid for the full package and i consider it a very reasonable price. They got me a RUT in the middle
of a Noteria strike in a couple of hours, helped me find an unusual vehicle, put me in touch with a great mobile mechanic, helped me buy the vehicle which was very complicated due to the nature of the vehicle and gave me extra information and support in the six months after the sale finishing with putting my bus on their website. I would not have been able to buy my vehicle without them and think they offer a great well priced service.

This guys are amazing,

I arrived in santiago last week with the hope of finding a good car fast and according to my budget expectation, and this guys made it possible in just a week and a half, I purchase a beautiful toyota 4 runner, and now I'm building some things inside with their help too, so if you want to get a good and reliable car, faster and safer definitely you should go with them

This only applies to people with spare money. They charge a ridiculous fee for the paperwork (210.000clp) which if you do it yourself comes down to buying a RUT (less than 10.000clp, which we had to pay ourselves).

Furthermore, they ripped us of on everything they could. "Their" mechanic charges extra for checks and any fixes needed. They manipulated us into cranking up our budget and never respected our wishes. In the end we paid about 300.000CLP for a RUT, end of story. They never found the car we were looking for, we had to find it ourselves. They never followed up on their promise to help throughout our journey. Bunch of professional thieves in my opinion.

Again, if you have money to spare and don't want the hassle of arranging things yourself, these guys might have a good service for you, though expensive.

We did hear other overlanders who bought a transformed L300 of of them and ended up with a sh*tty car that needed immediate repairs and cost them a loooaad of money.
