A very non-touristic and authentic Cenote. Now low season and we are alone, the cenote is very nice for swimming between smaller and bigger fish and the bats circle above you.
Very laid back place also for camping, we paid 200P (2 people and a big truck) without any negotiation and it’s really value for little money.
Highly recommended!!

First he wanted to charge us 250 pesos (two people one van) but after I told him about the latest Google reviews (100ppp) he accepted 200p.
The cenote is in a sort of cave with a lot of bats in it, but the water is clear and most of the time we were alone. The place itself is well kept, no trash was laying around. You can use the flush toilet and a cold outdoor shower.
We stayed in the parking lot with a closed gate at night and felt very safe. Unfortunately the dogs living in the neighbourhood were barking all night long…
Overall I can recommend this place! Very friendly owner!

Great place to camp. Value for money. 75 pesos pp for cenote + camping. I guess it’s the price for the cenote and camping is for free. Clean blue cenote with turtles. We were the only people here. Nice birds and lots of black iguanas too in the garden. Nice owner.

Amazing place, we arrived at 6pm and Turin, the owner, was closing the cenote and let us stay for the night and enjoy the cenote for 75 pp. We were the only ones sleeping there with our van and the next day in the morning he advised us that we wouldn't be able to enter the cenote again unless we paid one more time. Before we left he showed us the place we the mayas danced, that's in his property. He has a lot of stories to tell.

Great cenote. Charged us 50 pesos per person for cenote use and the camping was free. However he also said it was 50peso more if we wanted to use the cenote the next day / morning. Just be aware of that. Overall it’s lovely spot.

Just a warning for all who want to visit this cenote. If you go with maps.me and come from the south or east side -> The road from chan san antonio to this cenote is wrong in maps.me! It is a good dirt road but ends after 4km. You have to take the road MEX295 until Panaba and then drive the street southbound to the cenote.

This is an amazing cenote! Don’t miss it. Privately owned. The owner is super nice, and the pool itself is fantastic. Not to describe- just go and see!!

Price is 50/pp now, but Turin let us stay for the night for free. We had the cenote for ourselves after 6 pm, and in the morning too. Beautiful clean and cool water. We have not seen any visitors except of his family.

Really beautiful cenote, and worth it to visit while on your way to las colorades. The cenote is 50 meters deep and the water is superclear, bring snorkels. In mid day the sun hits the water and you will get and awesome lightshow:-) He also has a 30 meters deep cave in which you can go and discover a bit with a flashlight. Not so comfortable, but really worth it! We absolutely loved the cenote and would have liked to stay here overnight if we wouldn’t have had other plans. He charges 30 pp for the cenote, no idea what he would ask for spending the night, but it shouldn’t be much.
