Description
New hotel on main road just out of town on the Singida side. It's owner is a local magistrate so security is possibly not too much of an issue.
There is room to get a high vehicle into the side gate (most other places in town seem to have top bars on their gates limiting access). There is space for one vehicle up to approx 9m long. Smaller vehicles could enter the compound by the main gate.
Rooms are 25000TSh single, 30000 double. They are clean and modern but with squat toilets. There was a water issue on the day we visited, but are told it is not normal....
A fair amount of noise from the road but not too bad as vehicles are maintaining a constant speed at this point.
No-one except the owner and Askari speak English so a good phrase book may be needed if your Swahili isn't up to scratch!

They had to cut a branch of the tree for entering our truck, if not impossible!
Our truck is 2,55m wide and 8,25 large and not so much space crossing the door.
They asked 30,000 tsh, finally 20,000 without a room!
In that places seem that everytime that there is a new visitor they tried to charge more than the last one. The prices increase very fast then!
Report Check-InNice small guesthouse they are knowing immediately what we want and we can drive in on the other gate. The woman and her son are very friendly. The noise of the bar stopped around 10pm after quite only a few cars passing the street. They’re opens a bungalow for toilet. It was useable. Nice for an quick overnight.

Paid 20,000 for a room. Others in guestbook paid 10-15000. Negotiated breakfast of tea, chapati, egg. They asked for 5000 for rice and beans for dinner which is incredibly expensive so I declined. Room is clean though. Was told there was hot water but after trying it seems they will bring you a bucket of hot water. I would not have stayed here if I’d known. Would not recommend.
Report Check-InWe take a look and decided to go on. There was a little space to camp at the hotelground. They asked 20000. The rooms are now 40000. It was saterday and it was busy and they played loud music. So not a quite place to stay.
Report Check-InClean, comfortable rooms. 30,000 for a double with ensuite and basic breakfast included (tea/coffee, boiled egg and bread). Water was working but TV wasn't.
