Wonderful quiet spot right on the beach for an overnight. Pulled our Sprinter 170 in after dark on a Friday night in the off-season, didn’t see anyone else or have any bothers. Bathrooms were closed for the season but there was a clean porta-potty. Really quiet overnight and had the beach to ourselves for sunrise. Great spot!!

I love this location, this being my 4th stay. over the years. I'm not sure what happened to my previous log entries.
One thing new is that they now have mobile pay for parking signs. I'm not sure if these are here year round or not, but at least in season, they are being used and enforced.
there still isn't any rule stating anything against overnights, just be sure to leave or pay by 9am. I stayed a couple of nights here with no problems. Beautiful location right by the beach. The little market nearby is very handy for what you might need.

chill place to park, lot was empty. free to park in off season

Parking meters were covered for the season. Another Class B also parked over night. Kids get picked up here for school so action in the morning. Off season no problem but I doubt you would be comfortable in the summer. Washrooms were clean and still open. Fresh doughnuts at the market in the morning. I think they arrived at 5:30 to start making them .

Got to location at 11 pm- very noisy with nearby roads and people visiting the beach at night. Parking Kiosk would only accept payment until 12 am, tried to pay until 7 am and it wouldn’t allow it. Went to sleep after 12 am with two or three other cars in the lot. Figured the ticket would show that I attempted to pay, there’s no signage of No Overnight Parking. But a tow truck pulled into the lot at 4:30 am and started to reverse in front of my car, I left immediately once I heard the “beeping” of their trunk. Our car was the only one in the lot and didn’t see anyone driving through over night to check cars or tickets. I was shocked because no one else has had this problem below, especially on a Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Maybe it’s because of the recent holiday, but it was only my dog and I here and only got out of the car to pay for parking, be wary of this spot.

Parking lot right across from the ocean. Absolutely beautiful little spot. Restrooms attached to parking lot. I showed up at the end of sunset so a majority of people were leaving so it was perfect. Noise went down around 11 and didn’t have any issues. I didn’t pay for parking.

Very nice little lot. Got in late but didn’t pay, no issue. Filled up with cars by the morning but quiet and well maintained with bathroom and garbage cans. Nice view of the low key beach right next

Stayed in the off season, not sure if anyone even checks vehicles against the parking app, but I paid for it one of my two days for good karma. Wonderful, quiet, level, place to stay.

No problem at all, beachfront parking lot. Stay away from the portopot, it stinks and is dirty.

Absolutely beautiful spot to stay! Stayed 2 nights and was very empty due to it being the off season. Good Verizon and at&t service. Bathrooms were closed but there was a porta potty but it wasn’t very clean. The view and minute walk to the beach will definitely have me coming back!

Awesome place to spend the night and wake up. Quiet, and no one bothered us. grocery store right next for to the public lot with coffee and absolutely delicious donuts. Took a nice early morning walk on the beach with the dog. I'm a Happy camper!

Decent spot, but quite noisy with some fisherman hauling gear back/forth from/to their car as late as 11pm. Great spot to catch sunrise in the morning.

Good verizon 5G service.

Report Check-In

Good spot for the night and a day at the beach.

Amazing spot to sleep overnight. Quite on a weekday, and just car noise on weekend. No one bothered us. Slept here 2 night back to back. The beach is 1 minute walking distance from the parking lot. Can’t beat this!!!

Great spot. Lived in VB for a few years previous to travel. Lot closes at 5 so after that free parking in season. $5 before for non residents. If you stay over they won’t charge you the next day. Never had an issue staying here. Just be discreet and don’t do more than a few nights at a time!

There is not only a pit toilet. The family restroom is open too and has one flush toilet. The beach is beautiful, but the jets are really loud! It was free, I think because oft off season.

Amazing place. It’s covid-19 times. We really have great times. So quiet, with the beach’s sound. We overnight and it’s very nice.

Nice and quiet beside restaurant employees leaving at night. The brand new poblic toilets were closed for the winter I guest. Porta-Poti available instead. The sand is soft and clean on the beach. $5.00/day parking fee. Gate opened at night.

Municipal parking lot that at least off season, doesnt charge to park. Great spot near the beach, with a public bathroom nearby. (The men's and women's were closed for the season, bit the single "family" bathroom.) Nice and quiet, but can be very windy! There's a little grocery market close by which was handy for stocking up on provisions. Beautiful spot!

This is a paid parking lot, so during the beach / summer season I’m not sure you could get away with it. Off season seems like it’s fine. We parked just south of the lot, on Porpoise Lane. No overnight restrictions.

Report Check-In

Nice small parking lot right on the beach. No signs forbidding overnight parking. A bit noisy but nothing the fan won't block out. Good trees for shade. Arrived around 7pm and hung out on the beach and left after 9am with no problems.
