Something not right?

Description

Off highway enough that you hear more waves than traffic and good wind blocks. We had a great view of the ocean tucked behind the cliff. For wind coverage and view this is pretty nice. The only negative is a bit of trash. Free.

hermoso lugar con muy buena vista, nos pasamos de la entrada y bajamos del lado de enfrente al río (que está súper seco). es igual de lindo, si mucho viento.
Beautiful place with a great view, we went past the entrance and went down to the river on the opposite side (which is super dry). It is just as beautiful, if a lot of wind

we did not find a good spot for motorcycle and tent here. the canyon was soft and with sticky mud

Lugar espetacular. Distante 500 m da rn3. Fácil acesso. Cheguei às 21h e sai às 8h. Nascer do sol lindo. Dica: desça até a praia, tem pedras muito bonitas.

Great wind protection while we were there. Little casitas that have cover for cooking.
Good place to sleep the night before quarantine check Caleta Olivia

Super spot!! What a beautiful place. Nice and quiet.

stopped the second time here for one night. Once a year ago . Always beautiful here. No wind this night and lucky, no regeton local people. Only
another overlander. I saw dolphins. A little garbage around, but I saw other places, much worse with garbage, in South America

Not enough place to park? How big is your rig?!? There is enough space to park a unimog comfortably on the spot on the right! There is a firering and the rocks provide some wind cover, but it's still Patagonia so expect some wind. (A big rig might not be able to seek shelter near the rocks though) There is also some trash around, like most places where locals go to in Latin America. Amazing sunrise and lots of big sea mammals but I couldn't tell what they were from the coast. RN3 is definitely not scenic, so don't expect this to match the spots you had along the RN40, but it's definitely a good place to stop for a night!

To much garbage everywhere, to much wind, not a lot of space to park... we thought this place was ugly and not worth it, we didn’t stay. If it’s not windy may be you can go down on the beach and pitch tent, it should me more nice

beautiful spot, if the wind comes from the land, here is sheltered . we saw delphini and beautiful Sunrise. I think Local people us this spot at weekend , are little bit trash an broken bottles surround.

Report Check-In

nice place, especially with offshore wind. wee bit trashy but quiet and beautiful sunrise over the ocean

Report Check-In

Stayed 500m to the left on the cliff. Just follow the road to the left and you find a big place to park your vehicle. More windy but less dirty than down on the beach and a great view on the ocean. Quiet only some guys on motorbikes driving around. Coordinates: -46.587757, -67.400605

Stayed on top of the cliff to the left. Great view, no wind and the sound of the surf. Nice spot!

Report Check-In

Definitely the best place in the area. Quiet pebbled beach and away from the road. Good for one night stop.

Report Check-In

2 big spots sheltered by compact sand cliffs from the wind. on the ocean. 90 degree turn off route 3, east directly to the ocean.

A few locals fishing but no one else camping. Decent wind protection. Beautiful views.

Report Check-In

We were here on a Saturday, so some locals, mostly fishing. Spot is good and did give some wind protection. Along the coast there are some decayed public bbq shelters. Lot of trash. We did try to find other spots along this beach, but ended up here.

The2 Dutch. Sorry no Orca's but I asked local people and they told me that the name is: Tonino Dolphin.

Report Check-In

The2Dutch. In Total we have seen 6 Orca's

Report Check-In

The2Dutch. Very Good place. Good protection for the wind. And we saw 3 young Orca's just in front of us. The place was clean.
