Description

Nice mountain hotel with great garden. Rest., spa and mini-zoo extra cost. Friendly staff. We stayed 2 night for 10usd/night. Closed and guarded leveled parking. Near to nice towns of Ataco and Juayua. Gas station next door. We were able to shower (after a sweaty bike tour in coffee plantation) in the spa center.

Still hot shower but the price has changed 25 $ per vehicle.

We spent two nights here for $7.50/each. The restaurant was a mad house on Dia de Las Madres, but we waited out the crowds using the playground (trampoline, swings, treehouse, seesaw, etc.) behind the restaurant. Not overly impressed with the restaurant, but I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the crowds that day. We camped in the parking lot on lush grass you want to walk barefoot in. Even though we were right off Ruta de las Flores, the traffic noise really wasn’t too bad. We got keys to the bathroom/shower house and had unlimited access. The shower room doesn’t have a working light, so you want to shower in daytime. But it was very clean and the water was very hot! Most of all, the weather was just sublime. It reminded me of Yellowstone or the Tetons in June. It was hard to leave that weather. Gate locked at night. Good place for visiting Cafe Albania all day and then coming back to camp.

still 15 a night. the campus is large with a beautiful garden, and the restaurant is impressively designed. this place must get get bumpin' during the high season? very quiet when we were there. keys gave us access to shower and toilets in the morning only. even though the señora at reception said we could use the bathrooms at the restaurant at night, we found them locked after they left. the food was good and beers were cheap.

We originally wanted to stay at Cafe Nubes but we were told we’d need to leave on Sunday. We decided to come here instead. The price was better at $15/night and the parking lot can accommodate many large vehicles. We had an outstanding stay while we were here. The hospitality is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Also the restaurant serves fresh and delicious meals. They have clean bathrooms and hot showers which was a bonus. Easy to base yourself here while visiting the area. They lock the gates at night. Highly recommended.

Although we didn’t have a chance to see the coffee tour or animal sanctuary, we hear that they are good too.

$15 per night. Check in at the restaurant. They gave us a key to the spa area that had a bathroom and shower. The shower has great water pressure and is very hot. Everyone was very nice

Wonderful place and very nice owner. The place includes a animal rescue center (5$ enter/donate and a coffee Plantage. We met the owner and he showed us the rescue center (with birds and a lot of animals) and the coffee plantage. He is a very nice guy and welcomes overlanders.

There are hot showers and bathrooms. At the paring site is no wifi but at the restaurant and garden. It costs still 15$ includes showers, bathrooms, pool and wifi.

We highl recommend this spot (before or after crossing boarder)

Still $15 to stay here but we were happy to pay it to use their WiFi, big work space and pool. We also got a free coffee in the morning. Found a quiet, private space on the grass and felt safe at night behind a locked gate and security on duty.

Don’t come.
They want $15 without shower! As said before: total rip off!
We tried to lower it, but there was no way to make them change the price.
