Description

Camping Nututun was the best option to visit the ruins of Palenque and enjoy nature of this city. We were here about 3 days, the first after several hours of operation allow us to reach a comfortable room, parking and rest after handling. The next day we visited the ruins, which are about comfortable kilometers from here, and honestly we consider one of the best in Mexico. The campsite has all the facilities, showers, toilets, electricity, wifi and much, much green space to pitch a tent. Cars can only go to the parking lot is large and can sleep there, just across the river. The best thing about this place is undoubtedly its location on the banks of the river Chacamax that generous forms a sort of natural lagoon where you can swim and cool with water constantly flowing through there. Price $130 pesos per person, the amazing lake here is something worth to enjoy

looks like a nice hotel, but RVs stay in their parking lot. Extension cords for electric, one water hook up and didn't see a dump station.
it cost up about 450 peso a night per vehicle, one had 1 occupant the other 5 no difference in price.
we used the pool which was nice and clean

Report Check-In

They wanted to charge us 340p for our motorhome, two adults and two kids without electricity. Obviously we left.

Bon service.

Report Check-In

350 pesos for dry camping on their parking lot
No access to the pool just to the river
We just dump for 50 pesos and left

Report Check-In

as we didn't want to visit las ruinas, it was the only option outside of the payable park. you park on the parking lot. 24h guards. you can use the bathrooms and showers - cold - from the balnerio. very clean and very friendly staff. a bit expensive - we paid 342 mxn for 1 night 2 people in a camper without electricity - with electricity they wanted 484 mxn.

Report Check-In

No dogs allowed, they said you can leave them on a cage outside the place, so we said no thank you, and go. Also at the actual place is only camping, campers stays at the parking

positives: camping on leveled area with stones
monkeys that make strange noises
access to the pool and swim in the river
shade
wifi in reception area or across if you are still close

negative: cold showers, dogs are not allowed on the grass. there s no place for them to run, only on the stones, in dust. but for some reason they let a girl enter with her dog
bad wifi, barely works even when you have 4 5 bars
att reception is around 2 bars, not much you can do
!!!if you have small dogs do not leave them unattended because the monkeys are haunting them. i m not what they will do if they catch a dog, but please DO NOT RISK!!! all the vets have short program and closed during the weekend.

first when i came, indeed the guy at the reception tried to get more money from me asking at first 350, then 300, then 250.
when i wanted to turn the car an leave, he sent the guard with a note saying 150. this is the official price it seems, even they said it cost 130.

other than him, the people are nice and sweet.

As others had said before. This place is WAY too expensive. They are not pet friendly either your pet cannot even be in the open air lobby or anywhere on the grounds.
The place was basically a parking lot and they insist you park with the company vehicles. I Initially wanted to stay 3 nights but decided on only one because it was too late to go anywhere else. 2 stars only for the security aspect.

Report Check-In

440 Pesos for a dirty parking lot with electricity, but no water, no dumping. Very noisy. Wie left and went to Villas del Carmen (TyC Hostel Camping). Which is 10 times better.

Report Check-In

No llegué a alojarme porque me pareció muy caro. El precio del camping, con tu propia carpa es de 130 pesos x persona.

We were not impressed at first as we parked pretty much in a parking lot but this place grew on us and turned out to be awesome. Loads of monkeys, nature, some animals we never seen before, all wild, and beautiful colorful gigantic prehistoric iguanas! Great pool and the best was to swim on the clean river with defying rapids. Really awesome. Internet was bad.

Wayyyyyy expensive for parking our little truck for the night, it was late though and we didnt feel like going elsewhere. 340 pesos for the night! Tried to talk them down and it was a no go. Was a beautiful spot though with Monkeys and a cool river to swim in. Good for big rigs, but for our little truck dont think the price was worth it as the showers were not hot! Three stars because was so high.

Just an amazing place! Very nice hotel that allows RV to park in the parking lot. Were able to water up and if you need electricity it is available at alittle more ! The view and water is just great. Are in the restaurant and the menu was even in English!!

Report Check-In

We arrived late, 400 pesos just for the night for a camper 2 adults/2 kids... No negociation possible

Cold shower, slow wifi, lot of noise with a fiesta near the pool and near the parking where we are park

Our worth night in Mexico

Report Check-In

wanted 296 pesos for 1 person, 1 dog, 1 car for 1 night! i left.

Report Check-In

Not very welcoming people, except for the lake very average place. So I left.

Report Check-In

Was absolutely Amazing to swim in the small lake , great place to stay and cool of in the water.

Report Check-In

For two people in VW van we were quoted M$ 240 without and M$ 340 with electricity. The area is big, parking in an open parking lot, showers at balneario, wi-fi in restaurant or in room area. The place didn't really appeal to us for that price, so we left.
