Something not right?

Description

This is a small RV Park near Winterhaven that is in a rural, quiet area. Mostly mobile homes and snowbirds camped here for the winter, but has some spots for travelers. Full hookups, laundry, shower, good internet, and a swimming pool & spa. This is a great place to catch up on chores before/after traveling in Mexico. Friendly people. We paid $22/ night for 2 nights.

$25/night with utilities. I forgot to post price in my prior post.

This is the real McCoy. Basic services including water power (bring adapter if not 30 or 50 amp connection) single bathtub/shower in clubhouse $25/night.

Patrick the owner is a good guy and answers into the evening and will give you a spot number to park in.

A train crossing is nearby so you may hear the horns. Two nights ago I did several times, last night none.

Hot shower, 30 and 50 amp service and water at your site for $25. Patrick is a welcoming fellow who answers the phone late and will give you a site number and directions to get there.

Heads up, my Google map was clocks off, keep driving until you see a wall with McCoys on it. Three driveways are well signed.

A nice park with all the facilities at a reasonable price. Hot tub and heated pool. Passport America pays $23.

Great place to stay close to Yuma (just 10 min from downtown, be aware that in Yuma most of the RV parks are for 55+ years old). Very nice and friendly hosts. Nice, clean, and really hot shower/bathroom; pool and hot tub; quiet and peaceful; mix of long-term and short-term residents. The spaces are fairly big (bigger than most RV resorts around) with full hookups, and they have Passport America discount. What else can you ask for?

Report Check-In

nice & clean. quiet area, but the train does go through here about every 15 min. $25/ night.

We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and club house. Need a vehicle to shop in Yuma for groceries, etc but can bike there if you’re not frightened of highway travel.

Great place for a couple of nights.
Got a gravel spot beside the office, close to the pool and hot tub. Wifi was strong and we were able to catch on on what happened in the world after being in Mexico for weeks.
The laundry was good and hot tub nice to relax in for a two evenings under the stars.
We stayed two nights, paid $22.50 each night.

Awesome place! The price quoted before wasn't quite right, unless it's changed significantly in a year. I paid $22.50/night, not for two nights! Hot shower, pool, WiFi as stated. Note: for that price, I got a gravel pad beside office, which was just fine. But not one of the better sites, they cost more. The owner, Patrick Mc coy is awesome!
