Argentina
I intended to walk the loop from Colonia Suiza > Retugio Lopez > Laguna Negra. Unfortunately I got wrong information from the Club Andino and arrived at the Refugio Lopez too late, so the person there wouldn't let me go on (from here to Laguna Negra it's another 6-7h). The view from here is fantastic, you can leave your backpack and keep on hiking up to Pico Turista (3h roadtrip with break) which gives you spectacular views to the other side of the mountain.
The camping facilities were very basic, for 100ARS pP you don't get that much, so I would rather plan enough time and continue.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.

This is a tourist attractions not a campsite I am correcting the category
Report Check-Invery steep and relatively boring hike up to this standard refuge. the trail us in pretty bad shape. about 1/2 way up there's a restaurant. The refuge itself was 1200 per person or night including pizza for dinner (served past 9:30 pm) and toast for breakfast. bring your in food I would suggest. the beds we're very uncomfortable and creaky. the room smelled of dirty socks even when empty.
in the plus side this us one if the few dog friendly trails and refugees in the area.
