We saw the camping and facilities but no one there

Nice camping with hot showers. Very loud during the night because of the dogs, without earplugs, good luck. 7,000 pp in January 2023. Drinkable water available if you ask the owner (very friendly by the way) ! A fridge is also available, with a shelter, tables and chairs.

A little oasis in the desert, grass and shade under olive trees, small pool, showers and toilets okay, WIFI, several electricity plugs at the picnic shades, the older guy is a bit grumpy but his son who also lives in the house at the back is very nice and interested in travelers (he is a history teacher). The tap water is not for drinking. They sell olives, olive oil and other things from their garden. Charged 7000 Pesos/adult in Nov. 2022.

Cómodo para un stop a mitad de la carretera camino entre Copiapo y Caldera.
Están de obras y nos han dejado acampar en camioneta.
Piscina y una pradera de césped a la sombra de los olivos.
Baños muy básicos con agua caliente, no muy limpios.

Nice little campground between the Olive trees. When we arrived the gate was closed, but after a little while an old men showed up and opened up the gate. Later two other families arrived. Showers and toilet were not really clean, but the water pressure and temperature were amazing. Definitely a good place to stay for a night or two (14.000 per sitio).

Locked up when we arrived but the gate to the owners house is round the back of the site. Friendly guy, we stayed for a couple of nights (2 people, 1 van) $10,000 a night (off season). Hot showers.

nice place, off season charged us 10k for 2 persons and van. seems nice, place was a little confusing (gate says estacionamiento) but doesn't say camping so we went past it, found his sign, and came back. place has a large communal area with roof, tables, ping pong table, sink, two BBQs, and a radio that has seen better days.

Camping under olive trees , sun shades , deck chairs, swimming pool, clean , hot showers. Communal area, grills. Clean. 6000 in January.
