Nicaragua
Best place to stay in San Juan del Sur. We looked in every place in the town to park our 24 ft RV but everything was too expensive and parking was at the street. This is the new harbour, and you have electricity, bathrooms (no shower), water and security 24 hrs for just 14 US.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
They charged us 23US$/24h for a 7m motorhome. We parked close to the guard hut at the end of the place and could connect to electricity. There is a water tap also. Wifi is free in this part of the village, but weak. Good seafood restaurants at the beach front. Loud music until 22.00, rest of night very quiet.
Report Check-Inas described, we there have past two nights with one 24 feet, place very secure, the rates are displayed to the entry, ideal for pass some days in this charming city.
Report Check-InStayed here one night before crossing to Costa Rica.
Price was 17,50 USD. Wifi and electricity were ok.
Bathrooms were locked again after every usage so we had to ask the guard every time again.
Safe place.
Big parking with toilets and security. Couldn’t find many of the place pin pointed in San Juan, posts are from before the crisis. Perfect place as we just came for the Sunday Sesh party and then headed to the beach the next day. Would stay again if going into San Juan for supplies or the night before crossing the boarder.
Report Check-InLate start to day so camped here before crossing into CR. Price is 270cdb. WiFi does not work and electric is very weak. Would not run our fans when plugged in. Bathrooms clean and open all night
It’s a port so expect noise at night and in morning
Spent one night here on two separate occasions. Was chill, no one else around and 270 cordoba for the night seemed like a good price for San Juan. Internet was not working but toilets were clean and security was around 24/7
Report Check-InWonderful place to stay behind secure gated parking lot. Had electricity and water and negotiate $9USD for night. We are pulling a 16ft (5+meter) RV trailer and Gad no problem parking.
Report Check-InAt first they were not going to let us stay, but then decided that we could. 110 cordobas. Loud music well into the night. Bathrooms were locked overnight but we were able to get them opened upon request in the morning.
