Coming from Tupiza on a dirt road turn right just passed the bridge towards the river. Very nice pebble beach - big and flat - and nice scenery. 12 km from Tupiza. Unfortunately some trash ....

Lovely location to spend a day or a night. As of Oct 2023, the road is in good condition, all dirt from Tupiza on but only minimal washboard that you can avoid most of the time by driving on either side of the road. Plenty of space to park, some trees making shadow, water in the river, even some grassy spots here and there.
In daytime there are a few trucks coming and going - I guess mining - but if you park on the West side of the beach they won’t pass close to you.
There are tables and benches to sit outside. Beautiful rock formations around, really peaceful.
sweet place to spend a night. we ride by on horses but it looked very nice. road is no problem for any car
