Latest Check-Ins

I’ve been bouncing around Miami Beach for a few days now and need to update my previous check-in. This place seems to be the trailer park of stealth camping spots in town. Several RVs and car campers have basically made it a permanent home. Some guy in a minivan decided he’d share his entire Carlos Santana playlist very loudly with all of his windows and doors open for over an hour one night. What happened to stealth? Lately I’m seeing people who don’t even make the effort to block their windows with any sort of shade. They just simply fling towels and shirts over the windows. So sad that a few people are going to ruin this spot for everyone. What a shame too, because it’s literally right across the street from the beach. If you need a spot for the night avoid this place. There’s plenty of public lots on the street that are free from 6pm - 8am. The only thing is this seems to be the only spot nearby that can accommodate RVs. But car campers and vanlifers have plenty of other options.

Report Check-In

Great quiet spot. Quick walk to the beach. Saw plenty of campers, rv’s and van lifers.

Report Check-In

Stayed 3 nights and no one bothered us! Very nice: Close to the beach and to public restrooms. Nice location!

Report Check-In

We stayed for 1 night at new year’s eve. Right next to the beach, 3 minutes walk. Water is clear blue. No one bothered us. Noisy because of new year’s parties. Safe place. Free overnight. Few Rv’s parking. Low trees, big rigs can’t park everywhere.

Report Check-In

Parking across the park and beach. Pretty quiet night.

Report Check-In

Recomendo.

Report Check-In

We arrived around 4pm on a Thursday, paid for 2 hours, then went to the beach which is only about a block away. We woke up to a full parking lot, probably mostly locals. I suggest getting there before 5PM to get a spot.

Report Check-In

This is a Great Place Near the Beach. From 6 Pm to 8 Am it is free. Free restrooms and showers are near the Beach and this Parkin lot.

Report Check-In

Went to find a spot in this lot and couldn't. It was a bit busy with a beach event going on. There is a lot (P108) just north that is the same as this one. Free after 6pm and only $1 per hour during the day starting at 8:00am. There was parking enforcement there at 8:50am so make sure you pay.

This lot is not for longer vehicles, just shorter vans and cars. It would only be able to accommodate vans as the spaces are not very wide either.

The Oceanside Beach Park along the way is very nice beach access. Bathrooms open at 7:00 and close at 8:00pm. The boardwalk is lit and great for and evening walk or run.

Report Check-In

Stayed here for two nights. We ended up sleeping in but had no ticket so not sure how strict they are. Great place, plenty other vehicles there all night, and during the weekend it is completely full so get a spot early!

Report Check-In

22feets rv with bike rack behind we spent the night here no issues but would be the limit for here they always want us to park nose first here otherwise could be a bit longer around the grass area. Bit noisie with the jazz festival but close to beach and restaurant

Report Check-In

if you have foreign license plate it's not possible to pay for the parking. It says the license plate is not valid. It's free from 6 PM to 8 AM but you have to leave afterwards. At 8:05 AM someone came to control if you have a ticket, we were just leaving when he started checking the cars.

Report Check-In

Parking gratuit la nuit. De 18h00 a 8h00 du matin. Beaucoup de va et vient mais pas trop bruyant

Free parking from 6pm to 8am. Lot of people come and come back but no much noise

Report Check-In

Free from 8PM to 6AM. Nice place! 6 or 7 spaces for longer rig. the parking is also the entrance of the life gards station so feel super safe and the Captain was very nice and helpful to us. on site, you also have Domingo, an old Spanish man, living in his truck and helping the guards. Beach across the Collins Blvd is beautiful and calm. no shower near but bathrooms at a 5min. walk.

Report Check-In

Watch out for undercover cops smoking weed and wanting to sell it to you or luring you into break other laws. They are really aggressive against weed here. I wouldn't worry about paying for parking, no one seems to check during the week. It's a big busy beach even around 7pm, but it's over-rated.

Parked here in a 37’ RV. Was only one spot next to the fence on the left that could accommodate this size. Great lot for overnight. There were a few people living in there cars here. They said they’ve been here for months so overnight is no worries. Clean, quiet lot.

Walking distance to beautiful beach and North Beach Oceanside Park. At night we rode bikes to local music and food, fun!

Report Check-In

Public parking. Stayed there couple of Nights, no problem. Free parking after 06:00 pm. 1$/hr from 08:00 am to 06:00
Public restroom in the park across the street. Beach also across the street with shower. Not so much a tourist stop, wich is perfect for me. South beach is 10 min away

Nice and easy parking lot. Free from 6pm-8am. A bit of road noise till 2am or so, but we did stay on a Friday night. Overall, a nice place close to town.

Report Check-In

Free overnight parking from 8pm-6am. $1 per hour plus fees the rest of the tome. Nice open lot with some shaded spots. A little road noise, but worked really well. Wondering if there are other lots around this area with the same set up to explore different neighborhoods.

Report Check-In

Public parking that is free after 6pm and before 8am. Quiet. Restroom, across the street, closes at 8pm but more like 7.30pm.

Report Check-In

Public parking steps from North Miami Beach. A few long spaces that were occupied, but we were able to squeeze our 22 ft RV into a regular spot. Free parking 6 pm to 8 am. Not too busy when we arrived at midnight on a Saturday during Art Basel. Well lit. Close to a free beach shower. Near a bus stop.

Great spot so close to the beach! Parking lot does fill up with locals. It is a bit noisy as it’s close to the road but you can still get a decent sleep. As previously mentioned, free from 6pm - 8am with no issues. The park across the road does have an outdoor shower & restrooms open sunrise - sunset.

Report Check-In

OK place, road is a bit noisy. Public toilets are a 5 minute walk and they close at sunset. There is no shower. A Uber to south beach is about 5 dollars. There is also a free bus.
